La Maison de Claudine: Claudine's House by Colette. My old library copy is titled "My Mother's House" and "Sido". I previously read her Claudine at School (not a list book).

Just started The Book of Daniel by E. L. Doctorow. This will be my 4th of his but of the prior three only Ragtime was a list book.

Kiss of the Spider Woman by Manuel Puig- the novel, not the later play which Puig also wrote.

Cool- I read half of that recently, then took a break from it, but am going to read the 2nd half very soon. It's interesting what a very smart depressed writer comes up with.

I did enjoy it, but you definitely need to read something lighter after that one.
