I'm definitely enjoying it. I've just never worked so hard to follow the path of writing before. Lol

Mary Barton
The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn
And considering re-reading House of Leaves, since I think I ran through it a bit too quickly my first time around.

This made me chuckle. I can relate. :)

The Things They Carried on audio.
Still plodding through Finnegan's Wake in paper.

Both gritty and mean, but for quite different reasons.

On Kindle, Hemingway The Old Man and The Sea.

Started The Turn of the Screw and The Grapes of Wraith. I'm really enjoying the latter one so far and I'm hoping that the former one will be really scary.

Thats one of my favorite all time books, have you read middlemarch? I never did but everyone says it is better than Silas which I can hardly believe let me know please.
I'm in the middle of The Accidental. I really enjoy some parts of it, others are just incredibly strange.

Hi Steve, the only other Eliot I've read was Adam Bede. I give 5* to Silas, having just finished this weekend, but only 3* to Adam. I'm interested to see how Middlemarch stacks up.

On audio, Great Expectations.
So far, enjoying both.
