So, the movie is supposed to be out in January. Oh man... I've never been so excited for time to pass, haha.
Has anyone seen the movie yet? I bought it the other day, have watched it about 3 or 4 times. It satisfied my need for more Veronica Mars!

Yep! It's good - very Veronica-y, and the mystery wasn't bad either. Not the most mind-bending plot ever, but really satisfying.
I've been tempted to rent it. Loved the series.
It's definitely a love letter to fans, LK. I loved every second of it (and Logan in a uniform!!!).
Rob Thomas said he wanted this one (since it was crowdfunded) to really give fans what they wanted - and it definitely delivers! The mystery is interesting and well written, but it definitely takes a backseat to the characters and their relationships.
The book is definitely more about the mystery.
I have a friend that funded it so she gets a digital download copy ---- we watched it right when it was available. I thought it was great --- and even stayed awake during the whole thing!!! (very unusual for me --- especially because I did a 50 mi ride just before!)
I did the Cinderella metric century back in April --- you ride from Pleasanton out to Livermore up to Danville and back. It was 65 miles so I was in training :-D
My husband used to do 100 mile rides, JoLene. Crazy.
