Eleanor Rigby ?

Victoria Gaile Well, I was glad I did! It's not a direct sequel to Howl's Moving Castle, as in the next chapter of the story, and I wish I'd been clearer on that before I started it. But it is quite a good story in its own right. IIRC, one of the primary characters from HMC is important in this book, and the others are secondary characters in this one.

In fact, I think I'll go reread this now...

Have a read of the reviews first, then you'll get an idea of how you'll feel about it. There's a range of opinion, from disappointment that Howl and Sophie make brief appearances to satisfaction that DWJ has kept them spellbound again.

I fall in the second category, but that may not be your reaction.

Even thought I really liked Howl's Moving Castle, I LOVED CASTLE IN THE AIR. I read it in two sittings. It's GREAT. I would say this one is my favorite book in the series, but my favorite one is actually the last one! :P

Jojo Williams It's nothing like as good as Howl's Moving Castle, but it's still a good book. I have a signed and dedicated 1st edition copy :)
