Arielle Rae Aguilar | 230 comments I've read a lot of books/series with most of the heroes in the series all being part of an all male or mostly male group, like the Black Dagger Brotherhood and Lord Of The Underworld books and I have only read one series with a group exclusively female, which is the Immortals After Dark series...
Is there any more series where its a group of females instead of males?

CJ I'm on my iPad and can't figure out how to paste a link, but The Dark Crescent Sisterhood by Anna Windsor has female main characters/heroines.

CJ The first book is Bound By Shadow. They're about a group of Sybils who use the elements to fight evil.

CJ Sorry for the multiple posts, lol. Another series is The Drake Sisters by Christine Feehan. The first book is Magic in the Wind. It's about seven magical sisters.

Terri ♥ (aka Mrs. Christian Grey) (mybookboyfriend) | 241 comments Immoratal After Dark by Kresley Cole has both women and men. But it starts off with a group of women I believe.

There's a spin off, too. I think it's called "Sisters of the Heart," but there are only two books so far.

Nikki Lafiene (bau33) | 13 comments Most vampire stuff is female hero based. Sorry to self promote, but I wrote a series that is male dominant with a justification but the head honcho is a chick. It's more of a saga than anything and the women in it aren't perfect people who just wake up one day kicking ass. They have to grow into the position of power, much like in real life.

I wrote the main character, Navy Cooper, to be what we all want and aspire to because hey, this is chick lit. But she's not a perfect person and has issues. She falls down a lot.

If you are looking for some intelligence to a female character, check out ONE-North American Militia Journals and there are seven books that are lengthy.

But F.E. Heaton writes good stuff and so does C.J. Baker if you are looking for strong women.
