A World Without Sun discussion

Salon scanned Mario, Sam, and Phoebe's brain waves. Mario was normal, but Sam had a faded line of life seer. When Salon looked at Phoebe's she understood why-the baby had taken the ability as its own-she smiled slightly, "your baby is very cute."
Sam nodded and held Phoebe closer to her, "thanks." She looked at Mario with unsurity; she didn't expect the girl to be from Olli's dad's side.

"How did you know Olli was here?" Mario asked her, frowning.

"My dad told me.. His new wife is the mayor's secretary and she over heard him talking... He doesn't know I'm here though.." She looked down as she spoke.
Sam watched Mario, "what do you think?"

"I don't like this," Mario told Sam.

Sam nodded in agreement, "what are we going to do about her?" She asked, "I don't trust her... But if she is Olli's sister.. We can't just leave here..."

"If," Mario said.

Sam nodded, "should we do a blood test of something..?"

"That would mean she would need to come inside." Mario said. "I can see if the nurse can take some blood out here."

Sam nodded, "i can wait here if you like, or are you going to call the nurse?" she really didn't want to go get the nurse, she still found nurse's offices terrifying.
Salon sent the brain scans to the mayor and the scientist via email.

Mario knew Sam didn't like the nurse's office so he called to the front desk woman, "Can you go get the nurse, and tell her to bring supplies to draw some blood?"
The woman replied, "Yes, sir." Then hurried inside.

After twenty minutes the nurse showed up, "hello Mario, I was just about to head to your room to see how your girlfriend and baby were doing," she told him with a smile.
Sam smiled awkwardly, "were fine."
The nurse chuckled, "I'll be the judge if that, after I do what I was called here for," she looked over at Mario, "what do you need sugar?"

Mario pointed to Salon, "I need you to draw some of her blood, and later get some of Olli's and compare them."

The nurse nodded and walked up to Salon, "hello sweety, are you okay with this?" She asked softly.
Salon nodded and put her arm out, she had no need to be worried, the scientists did their job.
The nurse nodded and did her thing, taking a enough blood to do tests.
Sam saw the needle and grabbed Mario's arm for support.
The nurse smiled at Salon then walked back to Mario, "anything else?"

"No ma'am," He said. Squeezing Sam's hand for support.

The nurse nodded and looked at Sam, "looks like your up."
Sam smiled nervously and walked inside so she could sit down with the nurse.
After ten minutes Sam came back out, "she said I'm stubborn," she told him wild laughing, "she also told me I had popped a stick.. Just like I though, but it wasn't to bad, so she'll let me off the hook. And list if sleep tonight, and ya," she told him with a smile, "and your daughter is as healthy as ever!"

Mario smiled forgetting about Salon for a moment and tickled Phoebe, "Well at least I don't have to worry about you, yet."

Phoebe giggled and tried grabbing his hands so they couldn't tickle her.
Sam smiled and watched them for a moment. She looked at Salon and noticed how lost and blank her expression was, "what about her?"

Mario stopped tickling Phoebe so she could catch his hand and looked back at Salon. "Can you come back tomorrow?" He asked, If she was Olli's sister, Olli would want to see her and he could say no or it would hurt Sam.

Salon nodded, "yes," she smiled gently, "thank you very much," she then walked off.
Sam waited until the girl was gone, "she's very strange..."
Phoebe sucked on Mario's finger.

Mario nodded watching where the girl had walked away to.

Sam kissed Mario's cheek, "how about we go get some food?" She asked in a soft tone.

Mario kissed her back, "Okay cause someone is hungry," he said pointing to Phoebe sucking on his thumb.

Sam giggled, she didn't want to sound stupid and ask what babies ate, so she took Mario's free hand and led him inside, "our room or the cafe?"

"Do you want to breast fed her?" Mario asked, not wanting anyone to see Sam breast feed Phoebe.

Sam looked at him funny, "Brest what?"

Mario blushed deeply, "It when you fed her naturally from your....breast."

Sam looked down at her lightly awaken breasts then at Phoebe, "babies are wired..." She stated then headed towards their bedroom.

Salon walked up to the front desk and smiled gently at the women.
The woman rolled her eyes, "I'll call him down," she said in an annoyed voice then picked up the phone.

Olli smiled, "love is all we need," she told him. She liked how he was already including the baby into everything even though it wouldn't be here for a couple months.

Tyler gave Olli a kiss as they walked back into the front desk area. He saw a unfamiliar girl standing there. When she saw them she smiled.

Salon ran up and hugged Olli.
Olli looked at Tyler confused and was happy he was carrying Bean, because the girl would have squished him.

Tyler watched 2 oddly wondering if he had missed something, "Ummm....who are you?" He didn't mean to sound rude, but someone had to ask and Olli was too nice for that.

Salon pulled away, "I'm Salon," she smiled. She scanned the man and baby, emailing the information to the mayor and scientists.
Olli took a small step back, not trying to make herself seam rude, "why did you hug me..?" she asked, hopping her good day wasn't about to be ruined.
Salon noticed the increase in Olli's stress levels and smiled wider, "cuz, I'm your sister silly."
Olli looked at her in disbelief; all her siblings had her mother's eyes, it was hereditary, "no.."
Salon nodded, "sorry dad couldn't make it.." he voice was slightly sadder, "he had to work."
Olli's eyes widened when the girl said dad.

Tyler saw Olli was almost on the verge of believing this girl or her 'sister'. He wasn't though. Things about her weren't adding up right in his head.

Olli looked the girl over, they had some simaler characteristics, but sisters? half sisters? She looked at Bean nervously and wondered what he thought.
The baby looked at the woman and was lost, he looked confused.

Tyler realized something and asked the girl, "How did you know Olli lived here?" They were at the Rebel HQ, this location was supposed to be hidden from civilians.

"My dad told me.. His new wife is the mayor's secretary and she over heard him talking," Salon told Tyler, repeating what she had told Mario word for word.

Tyler frowned still not liking it. He looked at Olli and wondered what she thought about this.

Olli bit her lip. She liked the idea of having a dad, but she was use to being to oldest, and this girl looked a bit older then her, "are you sure you have the right person?" she asked hesitantly.
She nodded, "your mom is Abigail, right? My dad told me about her. He gave her that necklace," she said, pointing at Olli's necklace.
Olli's chest tightened; she hadn't heard her mom's name in years. None of the supervisors ever really talked about her.
Bean could see the pain in his mom's eyes, "mama?"

Tyler understood now why Olli didn't tell him about the necklace. It was her mother's. That still didn't stop it from hurting him; he felt like she didn't trust him enough to tell him about it.

Salon looked at Bean, "aww! he's adorable!" Salon's tone scared Bean and he started crying.
Olli's motherly in-stinks kicked in and she grabbed Bean from Tyler's arms, holding him close and angled away from Salon, "thanks.." she didn't mean to be rude, but it was her baby..
Salon jumped at Olli's action and sent the information to the mayor and scientists.

Mario and Sam walked to the front desk and saw Olli and Salon together. He had to admit they had some of the same traits. "Well at least we don't have to tell her," He mumbled watching them.

Sam nodded and looked Olli's face over, "I don't think she likes it very much thou.." she pointed out and noticed her death-grip on Bean, "you should go do something before Bean gets hurt..."

Tyler looked at Olli worried and touched her arm gently, "Olli your squeezing Bean...."

Olli looked down and guilt filled her chest. She loosened her grip, "sorry Beany.."
Bean hugged her, not understanding what was happening.

Sam took Mario's hand and dragged him over to Salon. She looked at Tyler and Olli, wondering what their thoughts on this was.

Mario gave Salon a dry unhappy smile, "Olli, I see you've meet your sister, Salon."

Olli nodded and was silent; she didn't know whether to believe the girl or not. She looked at Mario and wondered if he was given proof.

Tyler squeezed Olli hand worried she might be going into shock or something.

Sam bit her lip, "Mario had a blood test done.. it was a match.." she stated.
millions of emotions ran threw Olli; joy, fear, anger, frustration, excitement. But mostly fear; for her babies and Tyler. She squeezed Tyler's hand back to tell him she was alright, even though she was so not. She looked at Mario, "is she aloud in?"
Salon smiled, she looked at Mario too and felt brilliant!
