namericanwordcat | 591 comments I just read Heart Fortune (Celta)]] which was great and featured a heroine in pursuit of her man.

I would love to read more books where the heroine is the pursuer in relationship.

I started a Goodreads list (as usual) https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/4...

I would love your ideas!

Sonya Heaney Never Too Late by Robyn Carr
This book has two major couples featured, but one of the women pursues the man. She's a plain Jane sort, but then she sees the hero, falls in love with him and decides she'll do whatever it takes to make him fall in love with her.

Does Open Season by Linda Howard count?
The heroine realises she doesn't want to be alone for the rest of her life and so actively searches for a man. Very good book.

Ipshita (miss_romanceaholic) | 1031 comments Duncan's Bride Duncan's Bride (Patterson/Cannon Family, #1) by Linda Howard has an embittered hero, but the heroine is strong enough to make him fall in love with her.

Oh, good question, Sonya. Daisy is certainly in pursuit, just not of the man who is interested in her. Makes for a lot of fun.

namericanwordcat | 591 comments Can anyone think of paranormal ones?

Phoenix (Online Elf) | 2061 comments Hmmm... maybe Untouchable, by Kresley Cole? Let others weigh-in, though. Maybe it is just that the hero is resistant.

namericanwordcat | 591 comments I think that one is definitely the hero going after her.
