A World Without Sun discussion

Mario Ryder's office please knock first.

Walking into Mario's office he saw no one was there. He sat in a chair and turned to Olli,"I'm surprised. No questions of any kind? I feel like a bad host."

Olli shrugged and looked down at the bottle, "not in the questioning mood I guess..." she whispered softly, still remembering Pete's last seconds.

He frowned,"I'm sorry about what happened to that guy."

Olli bit her lip to hold back her tears and nodded, "It's not your fault."
She heard someone walk down the halls towards them and felt slightly frightened.

"Yes, it is I should have stopped him..."He stop when he noticed Mario leaning against the door frame. Mario looked from Tyler to the girl and sighed,"Please don't tell me you got a girl pregnant,Tyler."

Tyler sighed rolling his eyes,"No, you know me better than that and she does have a name you know."
Mario looked over at the girl who was barely holding back her tears,"Do have a name?"

Olli nodded and looked up at the man, I'm Olli.." She knew her name meant nothing here, but in the center just hurting her name would make men tremble.

"Hmmmm,"He said,"He turned to Tyler,"I'm still waiting for an explanation."
Tyler rubbed his neck,"You said yourself that you wanted to free girls from the center. I just got it started,"
"No."Mario said angrily,"What you did was bring in a girl who could very well, blow up the whole rebellion if she tells."

Olli shook her head when she realized where she was, "I won't tell!" She interrupted, "I promise I won't."

Mario sighed grabbing his nose,"Tyler she's your problem if anything happens here..."
"Yeah yeah all hell breaks lose on me, got it." Tyler said

Olli watched to two of them for a moment before looking back down at the pills. She opened the cap and took one; they tasted different to her now, but she ignored the change in flavor.
She put the cap back on and felt the urge to be hugged. Pete's face flashed in her memory and she started crying.

"If that's all i would like to take her to her room, at least." Tyler said seeing Olli starting to cry.
Mario looked at Olli as she cried,"Go," He said.
Without a second thought he pushed Olli out of Mario's office.

Ollie sniffled as the left, "I'm sorry.. I don't know why I started crying..." She whispered as she wiped tears from under her eyes.

Tyler put a hand on her shoulder, not in desire but just trying to comfort her. "Its fine. But we already have everyone expecting things from you. Don't let them see you cry." He smiled,"You hungry?"

Olli nodded, "ya.. Starving..."
She fallowed him down the halls, "what are they expecting?" She asked curiously, wondering if it was the same thing everyone else in the center expected.

"They're expecting you to be weak."He said walking.

Olli jumped slightly at his words, "weak?" She thought about how she risked her freedom trice do her friends could get away; she even cut Kilo's tracker out, 'I guess if that's weakness, then I'm as weak as they come'.

Tyler laughed at her expression,"I've read your file and seen the footage. I know your brave, but they don't."

Olli looked at him and arched an eye brow and painted a playful smile across her lips, "you seam rather interested in me," she pointed out remembering all his questions back at the center, "you know, if you liked me you could have just said so," she added in a tone that made it obvious she was kidding.

Tyler rolled his eyes,"Not everyone falls to their knees in front of you Olli,"He opened the door for her leading into the Cafe.
((to cafe))

Tyler walked into Mario's office. He didn't see him, there. He walked in any way. He looked at Mario's desk and saw a file there and read it. Shocked at what he was reading.

((What did it say? What did it say? Does it have to do with Mario's brother?))

Kilo and Robin ran threw the halls, "where is he!?" Kilo wined to Robin.

Tyler hearing noises outside. Quickly stuffed the file into a drawer. He was going to have a talk with Mario later. Tyler went to open the door peeking out.

"Tyler?" Kilo whispered down the halls as they ran, not wanting to wake everyone up, "Olli is in the nurse's office!" She continued.

"What?Why? What happened?!"Tyler said, closing the door behind him.
"The baby's coming."Robin whispered.
Tyler was already running down the hall to the nurse.
Robin tugged Kilo's hand,"Lets go,"

Kilo nodded and ran to the nurse's office.

Tyler and Mario walked into his office. The men, Mario had talked to earlier wasn't there yet. Tyler pulled out the file,"What the hell are you thinking?"
Mario said,"I'm trying to win this war."
"War?"Tyler said,"No,this is about Miguel isn't it?"
Mario stayed silent,"No," he said after awhile.
"Then what is it?"
Mario laid the file of showing photos and documents,"Mind control. Total obedience. We are losing the war, Tyler."He said closing the file."we can't go up against technology like this."
Tyler frowned,"So what your plan is to steal it and use it for yourself." At Mario's expression he yelled getting angry,"Your stooping to the Mayor's level!"
Mario walked up to Tyler,"Well what do you expect me to? Let him keep using it. Turning our men against us. Do you want them to take Olli from you?"
Tyler sighed,"No, you know I don't. There has is to be other way."
Mario walked to his window looking out,"And if there isn't"

((Ba ba baa))

After getting lost, Olli found Mario's office. She sat on a cushioned bench and waited.
Olli was starting to feel more and more tired. She laid down on the bench and laid Bean next to her, "maybe I'll just close my eyes for a second..." She whispered to Bean, who was already asleep.
She closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Tyler told Mario,"Theres always another way,"
Mario didn't respond. Why couldn't Tyler see he was back into a corner with this. Days, he had be told of rebel disapperances. It hurt him to know that his brother was one of them. The city had scared them all one way or another. It had to stop. And he wasn't going to let the Mayor kept tech like this he could use on anyone.
"If we can take the technology then maybe we can turn ours back to us."Mario said turning to Tyler,"I need you to go on the mission."
Tyler frowned,"You know I can't. Olli just had her baby. You can't expect me to leave her."
Mario understood, but he needed someone he could trust there,"Tyler please I need you to go. This could save a lot of people."
Tyler sighed, if he did this then he knew for sure that the people he loved were safe. He started for the door,"It could also endanger more people." He stopped at the door turning back,"I'll think about it, but no guarantees." Then he walked out.

The baby snored lightly next to Olli.
Olli mumbled about her dream house again with Bean and Tyler. She smiled softly as she drempt.

Tyler saw Olli and Bean sleeping on the bench outside and smiled. He went over dropped to his and gently touched her cheek.

Ollie jumped slightly and opened her eyes, "Tyler?" She whispered, "that took a long time," she said rubbing her eyes.

"Sorry, I had to talk to Mario."He said confusion in his eyes,"Why are you in bed asleep?"

"I was waiting for you.." She told him, she didn't want to admit that she wouldn't have been able to make it on her own, "what did you have to talk to him about?" She asked curiously.

"Mission, work, and all that jazzy stuff,"Tyler said being vague.

Olli didn't like the lack of detail; it worried her, "Tyler... what was it?" She asked again, her voice harder, "Sam is worried about Mario.. She saw him die.. I don't want to loss you too," tears filled her eyes.

Tyler cupped her face,"Its nothing really. Mario wants me to go on a mission for him."To steal dangerous technology for us to use,, he thought glumly.

She sighed, "I'm going to bed," if he wasn't going to elaborate, then she didn't want to listen right now. She sat up and felt slightly dizzy. She rose to her feet and stumbled.

"Olli, please."Tyler said holding her up,"He wants me and a bunch of other rebels to steal some real high tech to use against the mayor. Like he has been against us." He explained quietly.

Olli looked at him worriedly, "but.. What is you her hurt? Or worse?" She but her lip, "your a dad now..." She whispered and looked down at Bean, "I need you.."

Tyler kissed her cheek,"I know, that's why I said no."
