Women in the breeding facility are given a little purple pill to speed up their pregnancy. After they take it once, they become addicted and have to take it daily.
Only woman who get out can fully recover from the addiction.

All normal children (mainly females) have an chip inserted into their upper neck to track them encase of escape. The chip sets off a signal that first alarms the girl of danger, then not even a week later she is tracked down and brought back to the center.
Only normal children are done because girls with abilities are often in higher lock down when they get to the Breeding Facility, and it is harder for them to get out.

Breeders with abilities are brought to a higher security area for sleep and breeding, and have 2-3 supervisors since they are a higher threat if they were to get out. They are also only used to breed with faculty, and no outsiders.

Woman who become unable to produce offspring are ether killed then burned, or sent to the Marriage Cortes. Depending on their age.

When a girl is first brought into the Breeding Facility's East Wing, they are given a shot that makes them more likely to become pregnant after sex.
This shot allows a 89% pregnancy guarantee.

The woman are given needles after birth so they don’t produce breast milk.
They get the nutrients they need from other injections they get early in life.
