The Page Turners discussion

As many of you may have noticed, Ian's name has disappeared from the list of moderators on the right-hand side of the group's home page. Additionally, all of his comments have the name "Deleted User" beside them. Unfortunately, Ian rather suddenly deleted his Goodreads account approximately an hour ago. The other moderators had no advanced warning that this would be happening and are still not entirely sure what prompted him to leave Goodreads so abruptly.

We lost a great addition to our staff tonight, and I'm sure we'll all notice that he isn't around anymore to brighten our days with a snide or sarcastic comment (particularly one about Jessie). While we're doubtful that Ian will return in the future, that is still a possibility. Ian, if you're reading this right now, please know that we miss you and hope that you will return soon. If you choose not to return, know that all of the moderators are grateful to you for your contributions to the group.

It will certainly take a few weeks for the remaining moderators and the members here at The Page Turners to adjust to his absence. It's going to be awfully quiet without him. The moderators wanted to thank you in advance for all of your continued support and cooperation as we adjust to Ian's sudden disappearance and strive to improve the group.
