What did you think? Did Rick Riordan do as good a job on this book as he did the PJO series?

It was an slow start, but he needed to introduce new characters and develop everytime almost from scratch, because he´s mixing to many things in this new saga. This first book may not be as good as the first PJO series, but if you keep reading, it gets reaaaally interesting. Besides, when you get to Mark of Athena, you die waiting for the next book, because the story developed so well that you just need more. I wasn´t sure, but I have it a shot and it really was worth it
