I saw on a trailer today that harry potter HBP was coming out on the 15th? did they change it?

why, what was it before? i think the 15th's right...

it was the 17th, but i guess they moved it forward a few days...

I'm glad they moved it too! We've had so many TV spots recently, a Harry and Dumbledore featurette and even an extended clip of Ron telling Harry he's in love with Romilda Vane. I love everything that's come out so far!

Has anyone seen the MTV clip for HBP? I saw it on the internet. The clip is from the part where Dumbledore shows Harry the memory of Riddle at the orphange. There's not really much that we haven't seen in the first teaser trailer. There isn't a line that was in the teaser and the editing is pretty choppy, so I'm assuming (and hoping) that this was cut down for the MTV awards and isn't a clip straight from the movie.
(Maybe that's not the case and this is how it will be in the movie, but if that is so, it will really annoy me.)

Has anyone else heard that the IMAX release date for the movie may be delayed to July 29? (Just the IMAX date, not the regular date.)

oh yeah i saw that pn mtv i was sad that we had already seen most of it in trailers! :( but i cant wait for it! ya i hope its longer in the movie, i think it will be!

Yeah, I'm just going to the normal one. I think there's a possibility they might release it at limited times on the 15th in IMAX anyway.

The music is...different. I actually like it!

I just saw the first five minutes of HBP dubbed in German (which I don't understand). It looks good. The silly waitress scene is there of course, and the music is not that great in my opinion, but I still like it.

I've been waiting so long for this movie to come out, I've got high hopes for it. From the trailers it looks like it could actually be better than PoA's adaptation.

I know and I love the music it has to be the first Harry Potter movie comericial with upbeat music
