Absolutely. Several of her books are partially set in Bath. Are there any visible reminders of that in Bath?
For nr 2 - Does it have to be the official name of the place? Does it have to a be a real building in real life? In a book I just read, there is an estate that the character calls Ghost Town and plays a big part as the book is called Notes from Ghost Town.
