How do I begin an rp? It's been a while since I've been here and I'm confused

I've set up a character and everything but I don't know how to get people to rp with me.

Okay, so now I have questions...

Are some women treated better than others in the breeding facility? What factors are involved in deciding how women are treated there? What do the womens' bedrooms look like? How are married women treated? How are the daughters of married women treated? Who arranges the marriages of the daughters of married women? Is it their parents, or the goverment? Are married women expected to work? Does it depend on the occupation of their husbands?

Great questions. There should be a threat with lots of information for you to read.

But to answer your questions;

Women in the facility are mostly all treated the same. The women who have more babies/are more fertile often get more luxuries.
If women try to escape then they are put in a room with just a bed for three days as punishment. They also get put on a watch list for violent or escape prone. They don't get luxuries like magazines or anything like that in their rooms.
Bedrooms have a bed, dresser, attached washroom, door that locks from the outside. Some of the hire grade breeders have a two way mirror in their room (creepy, I know) and the lower grade ones (the violent or escape prone ones) have a security camera. Middle grade breeders have neither.
When breeders reach an age they are auctioned off to the guest bidder and declared married. When they leave the breeding centre they are treated as normal citizens. Children born in the facility go on to become breeders, ones born outside live a normal life.
