And the breeding starts at 14, right? So...say a girl who was twenty years old or so. With the blue pill she takes, and the drug that heightens the possibility of pregnancy, what's the most amount of pregnancies she could have? Didn't you say the pill speeds up the pregnancy process? Say this girl was very fertile, and very beautiful, and had no powers. For this reason, she gave birth to strong, healthy sons, and beautiful daughters perfect for breeding. What luxuries might she receive? What if, too, the woman who had originally been her breeder had gone on to marry someone important at age 23? Would that affect this girl's status at all?

What is a two way mirror? How are the women split into tiers (higher, middle grade, and lower grade breeders)? What qualities must a woman possess to be a higher grade breeder? Are only lower grade breeders not permitted things like magazines? What are the rooms of the higher grade breeders like? Are they slightly more luxurious? Or are all rooms pretty much alike? Are the beds comfortable? What are the blankets on the beds like? Are they like thin hospital blankets, or warm blankets with individual designs on them? Are the breeders rooms used for breeding, or is there another room for that? Are all womens' beds single (or another size), or does the size/luxury of your bed depend on your tier (lower, middle, higher)? How much may a higher-tier breeder personalize her room?

I have a breeder like this. She was sixteen and had already had twelve to fourteen children. The breeder could have a baby every month or two, but the front desk (where men "check in" to the facility and get assigned a breeder for a session) makes sure breeders get rotated and not overworked. So possibly a baby every three months? They'd give the breeder a one and a half to two week break after having a baby.
The two way mirror would be more used when wealthy men want to just watch the breeder and see if she'd be worth his money. Hire ranking breeders are often aught by the wealthy.
More babies you have puts you hire up on the scale.
Luxuries for the type of breeder you're describing would include; magazines in their room, posters, supervised walks outside the facility (but still within the walls of the property), special trips out of the facility like bachelor parties of wealthy men, etc. Higher ranking breeders would have bigger beds, more comfortable mattress and blankets, but all breeders have enough sheets and comforters to keep them warm at night. Their rooms are used for breeding.
If a woman married at 23 to let's say the mayor (guest ranking person in this world) it would make any changes to the importance of the children in the facility because they are not allowed to meet, see, or speak with their birth parents.

How would silvery-blonde hair, a narrow waist, pale, unblemished skin and wide hips (I've read women with wide hips are more fertile) be viewed? Are there any more desired eye colours?

Yes, but my breeder is gone from the facility now. I could make up a character or two for you while roleplaying. I've made so many I can't even remember what happened to them all 😅

Someone for her to breed with would be nice, and maybe one of the people who takes care of them so that she can be friends with them? She tends not to make friends with the other breeders because she sees them as competition, but she's quite close with a few members of staff at the facility.
