Jason Chan (jasonwchan) Hi everyone!

I'm an author, but I am, first and foremost, a reader. It was my intense love for story that made me want to write.

I love reading historical medieval fiction, such as books by Phillipa Gregory and Ken Follet and Jean Plaidy. Any historical fiction fans here?

I loved Philippa Gregory's Tudor books & the cousins war ones. Wasn't as keen on her Wideacre books. Haven't read any of the other authors you mentioned - might have a look now though!

Jason Chan (jasonwchan) HI Lori, Jackie and Mark!

yes, I just finished reading the Other Boleyn Girl by Gregory. What a fascinating look at power.

And Pillars of the Earth, it's a long book and well worth it. Right now, I'm about to launch into Transfer of Power by Vince Flynn. Anyone like political thrillers?
