Morgan P | 172 comments I'm not sure if anyone else has heard of this website, but I heard my grandma talking about it. What happens is you leave a book in a public place, such as an airport, restaraunt, store, etc., and someone else picks it up. Then they leave it somewhere, and on and on. You update it on the website, and it tracks the book around the country/world. It's kind of cool.

I'm an avid crosser... what's your name there? I'm Hayes13. Take a look at my available list. If you see something you want, let me know.

Carol (caroldias) I think it´s very cool, here in Brazil I remember something about a Crossing Day lol But, I don´t know, people don´t read here, and makes me sad to think about a good book suffering in some public place with nobody caring about it :(

I have that problem in Italy (worrying about books suffering...), so I do a lot of BookRings and BookRays instead.

I leave the books in the "Official Crossing Zones", but very rarely "in the wild". I've never had a catch on a wild release, unfortunately.

EDIT: there's a small Book Crossing group here at goodreads too. http://www.goodreads.com/group/show/4...

Now I´m CarolDias there lol

See... there are only one city with a real Crossing Zone... but there are book 2 months without someone taking :(
