Hi! This book sounds wonderful, and I really like the writing style of the author (I haven't read her books yet; I read a sample on Smashwords).

Is it possible to use Smashwords for RI&R?
It allows reviews only if you had the book through them. I would be very happy to read this book and I would post a review in both places. (Please be gentle with my question: I don't know anything about Smashwords codes, except that they exist, and I have used a few as reader.)

Are you asking to review this book in this thread?

Authors provide us with the copies of their books or smashwords codes for them. We then pass them to the members who signup to review them.
