Mainly D, but a bit of C as well. Elizabeth has no regrets about refusing Darcy's first proposal until she sees how gorgeous Pemberley is - and that's before she meets the new-and-improved Darcy.
She loved him once she saw beyond the insults and stuffiness. Pemberley showed her that he had good tastes, in line with her own views and that he was good to his servants and his sister. All of that helped her realize what a good man he is and she realized that she was falling in love with him. She knew she loved him before he rescued Lydia. She was very upset when she left Derbyshire because she was worried she would never see Mr. Darcy again.

I agree with you. When she saw Pemberley, it all came together for her. It was the point where she knew she was wrong about him. I love that scene whe

D. She refused Mr. Collins even though she knew she might never get a better offer, and did the same when she first refused Darcy. But then her opinion of Darcy changed and so did her feelings.
C is possible, but if she fell in love with Pemberley, she's not a kind of person who was that obsessive gain wealth through marriage. I can say, the main reason is D! Because, isn't it obvious? Lizzie always been an independent woman and she had had her own ideal about marriage. And D might be resulted because of Darcy's behaviour in A (and his gradually changed traits).
I'm assuming things.
I'm assuming things.
She fell in love with him, especially when she saw the change in his behaviour, and because she knew, somehow, that she could be the reason for his change of atitude.
D.Jane might smile but Lizzy laughs.that's because of love.
She loved Mr. Darcy. The reason why it feels like she fell in love with him for his house was because at the house she was able to see him behind the mask, that he had servants who clearly adored him and a great taste in art and music that showcased him as a real person.
of course D!!!! i feel that everything else just helped to strengthen d, they showed her the REAL Darcy that she fell in love with
D. Final answer. And why didn't I choose another answer?
A was the last straw to make her fall in love with him. Darcy's helping to discover Lydia only proved to Elizabeth more his selfless nature. Any normal gentleman would not waste his time. Darcy, however, did.
B To spite Lady Catherine? No. even though Lady Catherine was displeased, Elizabeth told the officious one herself that her life and her decisions were in no way connected with Lady Catherine's opinions.
C She did love Pemberley, but that wasn't why she married him. She was joking with Jane when she said that was the reason she loved Darcy.
E Lizzy and all of her sisters knew that marriage would be hard to come by due to their station in life and Lydia's disgrace. But that is not why Elizabeth married Darcy. She loved him. If there had been a more eligible match, it wouldn't have mattered, because Elizabeth was already in love with Darcy. It just worked out that Darcy was extremely eligible.

James wrote: "D and nothing but the D. Elizabeth would not have married other than for love."
Agreed.
Agreed.
I think all of the above & a few more!
She felt in Mr Darcy she had met her match with wit & Interlect!
He was like her father, he had a soft hidden side & didn't entertain well women just as chattering gossips & silly giggles. He wanted more definitive conversation.
Elizabeth left her youth & matured fully into love. She looked past the veil of first flush crushes & saw the true situation.

D. She fell in love with Mr. Darcy
He wasn't the person she assumed him to be. First impressions are not always the right impressions.

D OF COURSE. Can't imagine Lizzy marrying him for some other reason.
