Daniel Roberts (daniel-a-roberts) | 467 comments Hello folks.

I felt that Author to Author was the best place for this post, since we don't have a non-fiction section. Leave it up to me to post something outside of the normal box, right? :)

I've been absent more often than not, but that's because I'm busy writing my fingers off. Still re-editing, working on Darya the Pirate, and also... taking a run at freelance writing for Yahoo. Here are two links to two separate articles that got published today.

http://voices.yahoo.com/save-money-fr...

http://voices.yahoo.com/nasa-space-ex...

These two are the first pieces of content I've gotten published via approval a Yahoo Editor. They review this stuff, they don't blindly push it through.

This satisfies my non-fiction sweet tooth, which bothers me from time to time. I love writing fiction, but it's like eating the same great pancake breakfast every morning. Sometimes, I need that french toast goodness to balance the diet! Hehe

Back to work for me, I've got a novel to pound out, and the words come better, for some reason, when I can write in both arenas.

^_^

Congratulations, Daniel! Soon you will be a fully-fledged author with a mantra: "My editor doesn't understand me."

Personally, I always wondered why people would wish disaster on themselves, which would surely follow if their editors understood them!

Daniel Roberts (daniel-a-roberts) | 467 comments Thank you, thank you both!

Andre, the day any editor understands me, hell would do more than just freeze over... they would produce the best damned ice tea ever made.

^_^

Kench. Iced tea in Hell. Why not? It could be a new marketing niche.
