Actually my cousin had Endometriosis, and after years of different methods, she finally got pregnant and had herself a healthy, vibrant girl.

There are hormone medications can treat this to varying degrees. I'm going to post a link here:

Hopefully, this information will answer your question, Ruth. Accutane, an anti-acne drug is NOT to be taken while trying to conceive.

Haha, what was funny about it?

Ruth | 11 comments Because I was more about the emotional side of it. Having endometriosis you know all the do and don't for your body. What you go through emotionally as a person there is no book for that and now I'm starting to see if your emotions are not in check your body isn't too.

It's just so hard not to feel like something is slipping away.

No book can ever cover what a person is going through emotionally. And you know the do's and dont's. I'm so sorry you're going through this, Ruth. I wish I could be of more help.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Don't give up.

I have both endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome and have gotten pregnant. I was told when I was diagnosed (at the age of 23) that I would never get pregnant because of both conditions and I got pregnant last year at the age of 31. (I lost the baby 10 weeks in but the doctors have told me that since I could get pregnant before that it can happen again.)

The emotional side of both conditions is one of the most difficult things to manage besides the pain and the disease has effected my relationship with my husband.

Feel free to message me with any questions or if you just want to talk. If I'm able to help at all I'm happy to do it.
