Sammie smiled. "You mean Uncle Sam and Aunt Wyatt?" She asked softly.

"Yeah. What happened with them?" Dean asked out of curiosity. He just wanted at least an idea of what happened to his brother and Wyatt in this world.

"They got married and Auntie Wyatt was going to have a baby and then a demon killed them. Mommy hasn't been the same she blames herself because her vision didn't happen until after the event." Sammie said. "I'm named after them Samantha Wyatt Winchester." She smiled proudly.

Dean nodded. "Alright." He smiled when she said her full name and how proud she sounded about it.

Sammie smiled softly. "Daddy why doesn't mommy believe that she can have this life?"

"I'm not sure. Her life didn't exactly have the best start. I guess she doesn't think that a happily ever after is in her story." Dean replied.

She nodded. "Daddy can I help? Can this be our secret mission to make mommy to believe?" Sammie asked.

"Sure. I'd love having your help Sammie." Dean said with a smile.

Sammie smiled. "Okay mommy has a something really special to say at dinner tonight." She said softly.

"Okay." Dean nodded. "Thank you Sammie." He whispered.

"Dinner should be ready come on Daddy." She got down from the bed. She was really happy. "Mommy was really worried you wouldn't come home."

"I'll always come home. Always." Dean promised, getting up. He picked up Sammie, lifting her and setting her on his shoulders.

Sammie giggled."Okay daddy."

Naomi had dinner set the table and the twins were sitting. She was waiting for Dean and Sammie.

Dean carried Sammie to the kitchen. He smiled brightly.

"Daddy's home mommy" Sammie said.

"Yes I see that." Naomi said with a smile. "So as the kids already know. Dean I'm pregnant." She said with a smile. "Our family will be complete."

Dean grinned. "Really?" He set Sammie down in her seat before going over and kissing Naomi.

"Yeah I think its a boy too." Naomi smiled kissing him back. "I couldn't wait to tell you."

"Hmm. I guess we will just have to wait and find out." He said with a bright grin.

Naomi smiled softly. "I love you and our kids so much."

"I love you too." Dean whispered.

Naomi smiled. "The kids are really excited for a mee baby sibling."

Dean smiled and nodded.

Naomi was happy. "I don't want lose this"

"We won't." He promised. Dean smiled at her.

"Okay." Naomi said. "Lets eat."

Dean nodded. He sat down.

Naomi smiled softly.

Dean smiled. He bit his lip lightly.

"Is something wrong don't you trust my cooking?" She asked.

"I trust your cooking. I just was thinking and got lost in my head." Dean replied with a smile.

Naomi nodded. "Okay." She looked around her face paled.

"You alright love?" He asked.

Naomi shook her head no. "I don't feel to well." She ran to the bathroom and puked. Tears ran down her face. "Something is wrong." She had a gut feeling that this wasn't just morning sickness.

Sammie looked at Dean. "Is mommy okay?

Dean frowned, getting up. "I'm sure she's alright." He said to Sammie before going to Naomi.

Naomi looked up at Dean. "Something is wrong with the baby." Her face was pale.

"Then we'll go to the doctor. Or the hospital." Dean told her.

"I don't want to lose the baby." Naomi winced. "The kids someone needs to watch the kids"

"I know that's why we're gonna go to the hospital." Dean told her. "I'll call sa- who do we normally have watch them?"

Naomi looked down. "Carter." She looked at Dean. "I'm scared" getting up she walked towards him before collapsing and landing hard on the bathroom floor.

"It's alright." Dean caught her just before she hit the floor. "Sammie?" He called out, getting his phone and calling 911.

Sammie came. "Is mommy alright Daddy." She asked worried and afraid. "I don't want to lose mommy"

Naomi didn't want to lose the baby. "I can lose it." She whispered..

"I know. It's okay Sammie. But I need you to call Carter. Can you do that for me?" Dean said gently.

"Grandpa." Sammie shouted."He always pops in daddy."

Naomi heard Sammie. "Stay with your brother and sister."She whispered weakly.

"Right." Dean nodded. He turned back to Naomi. Calling 911. He gave the address and what happened.

Carter popped in taking the kids to their play room.

"Dean. I can't lose the baby." She whispered

Dean nodded. "I know love. I know."

"I love when you call me love" Naomi smiled.

Dean smiled. "I love you." He said softly.

Naomi smiled. "Are they here yet?"

Dean heard sirens. "I think so.."
