Naomi gulped. "Are we going to make it through this."

"Yes. We've made it through much worse." Dean mumbled.

"I know." She whispered. "I'm glad you didn't give up on me."

"I'm never giving up on you." He promised.

She smiled.

The paramedics came in. Dean moved out of the way but stayed close.

Naomi looked at them."I can't lose my baby." She was hysterical. Tears ran down her face. "Dean."

"I know. It's alright love. Just calm down." Dean told her.

She took a deep breath in attempts of calming down. "I can't lose the baby. I can't lose someone else."

"Stop talking. Let the paramedics do their work and just relax." Dean told her.

Naomi looked at Dean and nodded faintly. They picked her up on the board and started to carry her out. She closed her eyes tightly.

Dean followed closely. 'remember. She has to think this is real.' He thought to himself.

One of the paramedics walked up to Dean. "Sir we experienced this before she's going through a miscarriage. We will get to the hospital to save her, but the baby is gone. There's nothing we could have done. " He said quietly to Dean.

Dean nodded, frowning. "Alright."

Naomi looked around. "Dean my baby they have to save my baby."

"Naomi calm down. I need you to listen okay?" Dean said gently.

Her eyes wandered up to Dean. "But our baby are they going to save it?" Naomi whispered softly feeling herself start to calm down.

"It's too late. You miscarried love." Dean said gently.

Her eyes widened she didn't answer him. "No they have to save the baby." Naomi was trying to stay calm. She was about to break down. "It's my fault."

"They can't. It's already gone." Dean said softly. "It isn't your fault love. It just happens sometimes.. It's gonna be okay though.." He reassured.

Tears sprung in her eyes. "It is my fault a thing through a thing and hit me in the stomach a week before I found out and you were away and I didn't want to bother you."

"Naomi, that may have not been what caused it. Things like this just happen." Dean told her gently. He was frustrated that she wouldn't have told him but remembered that this wasn't real. "You should've told me though... It's my job to help keep you safe.."

Naomi shook her head some. "No its my fault I failed as a mother. I let me kid get killed by a thing. It's my fault." Naomi wasn't taking this well.

"Naomi stop!" Dean snapped. "You do this with every single little thing! You start whining and blaming yourself when you did nothing!" He sighed, taking a deep breath. "..Sorry.." He mumbled.

"First off what's gotten into you. Second off this isn't a little thing." Naomi said with tears in her eyes. "Please you guys have to save my baby." She said to them.

"Nothing's gotten into me. It's too late. They can't save the baby. It's not alive, it's gone." Dean told her, responding for the paramedics.

Naomi felt numb she didn't want to move and she didn't want to live. "Please you guys have to save my baby." They pulled in to the hospital. The doctors started to give her a medicine to calm down.

"They can't Naomi. The baby is gone.." Dean told her softly.

The medicine took affect. "Dean we have to get the baby room ready and pick names." She whispered.

The doctor looked at Dean. "It's normal for mothers to go into denial and shock. We will be taking the baby out, but can't do anything until she is calm."

"There is no baby Naomi." Dean told her. He nodded, confirming that he heard the doctor. "The baby is gone."

Naomi nodded her head slowly,but she was too tired to speak. "Baby names."

Dean wondered if discussing baby names would help calm her, so he decided to try that. "Alright. What if we have another little girl someday?" He asked softly.

"Hmmm how about Marry?" She asked knowing that his mom was named Marry. "I mean John is named after your father."

"Why not name her after your mom..?" Dean suggested.

Naomi raised a brow. "Because Dean we already named Angelina after my mom. Are you feeling okay?"

"Right. Sorry. I forgot that that was your mom's name." Dean replied. "Yeah. I'm fine. Why not try an original name? I mean we have Angelina named after your mom, John after my dad. Samantha after Sam and Wyatt..." He suggested.

Naomi looked down. "Okay." She whispered. "I don't really have an original name. Don't you like the idea of naming a little girl after your mother?" She asked.

"I don't know. I just think something unique would be nice.." Dean said with a shrug. "Maybe something like Natalia or Callie?" He suggested.

"She was pregnant with a baby girl. Sam and Wyatt were going to name her Mary. But they didn't get to raise a family because my visions failed." Naomi whispered.

"It wasn't your fault. You can't predict everything. Think about it this way. We now have two Amazing people watching over us and our kids." Dean told her.

"I still feel bad." Tears ran down her face. "She's gone and she ain't coming back."

"I know. But you know what. Wherever they are, the two of them are happy together. Alright?" He kissed her forehead softly.

Naomi looked at him. "Its my fault Dean. I let a demon kill two unborn babies and my brother in law and sister." She whispered. "I'm a terrible person." The poison was taking over her mind. "I'm a monster."

"You can't prevent everything my love. It wasn't your fault. And you definitely aren't a monster." Dean said gently.

Naomi bit her lip. "But I should have been able to see." She whispered. "I'm not a monster?"

"You can't see anything. That would be impossible." Dean replied. "You are not a monster." He repeated.

Naomi blinked some. The doctors walked in. "Are they going to save the baby?" She asked quietly. Part of her knew that the baby was gone, but she wasn't ready to admit it.

"They're here to check on the baby. Okay?" Dean said softly.

Naomi nodded her slowly. "Okay." She whispered they injected her with something and she slowly started to fall asleep.

Dean stayed by her side, worried.
