Okay so this was a good start to the final book. The Apparat is one sick puppy and I'm not sure how I feel about him surviving this. part of me thinks it's a mistake to leave him alive when he has proven to be a master manipulator. He could continue to cause trouble.

I am a bit confused though. she made it sound like she wasn't sure what was happening but also like it had been the plan all along. I think the plan had been to summon and the others worked out getting them in the room together. Also she was saying about Mal moving on. Did they separate and decide to be friends or what? Also it seems like he took a leap of faith with her and her powers there so that has to be a good thing. Though I've been discussing it with Bo and I am unsure of them romantically at this point like maybe they should be friends only. Also it sounds like Nik made it out okay and is doing as promised and trying to come back for her, which is ubber sweet.

I think she didn't know what the plan was. She was really starting to doubt everyone but I think she changed her mind at the last minute.
I don't think that she and Mal ever fixed their relationship since their fight and after he turned his back on her. I think their friendship is strong enough for them to help each other out and always look out for one another, but I never got the impression that they fixed their romantic relationship. I think they love each other but that they are finally realizing that maybe they are just too different and that a friendship is probably best.
Eve, did i mention how much I love Nik? Bc i do and I really need him to come back soon :D

Haha Bo you may have mentioned how much you love Nik...maybe once or twice.
