From Scott's website:

Are there any special tricks to pronouncing Camorri names?
Well, the 'e' in 'Locke' is absolutely silent, which is rare and special. Nine times out of ten, an 'e' at the very end of a Camorri name is pronounced as '-ay.' For example, 'Nicovante' is 'Nee-coh-vaun-tay,' and 'Evante' is 'Ev-aun-tay.' 'Jean' is 'Zhaun,' in the French fashion, rather than 'Jeen.'

So I'm pretty sure it's like 'Lock'.

Sabetha rhymes with Tabitha. Rather than Sab-ee-tha.

I don't think I'll ever be able to pronounce Jean properly, even after being told how it's done :D

Scott just recently answered this question on tumblr – link here if someone didn't see it yet: http://scottlynch78.tumblr.com/post/1...

Julianne | 1 comments I thought "Locke" was a pretty straightforward name but I have to admit I've struggled with "Sabetha." I settled on it rhyming with "Tabitha" and am glad to see Katharine seconds that. I'm not sure why but it's important to me to try to pronounce character names properly.
