Is there a book or a book series you really want to be adapted into a movie or series for the televison?

Has it been in the planning and cancelled or never looked at?

Or is there something you wish they would remake, either better or closer to the original story?

I wish they'd buy my story and make it into a tv miniseries! ;) hehe but seriously, there's a comic called Strikeforce:Morituri that I have always thought would make a great TV series. As for novels, the Wild Cards or Thieves World series would be really cool to see.

I've wanted to see Asimov's Foundation adapted ever since I first read it. Unfortunately Roland Emmerich got his mitts on it before I got to take a crack at it!

Caged series by Amber Lynn Natusch or the Magerie series by Dannika Dark. Both would be very adaptable to television.
