"You know. What's your problem with wine?"
Brogan raised his eyebrows. "You two actually dated?"
She sighed and nodded, "ya.. His family took me in when I was little.. And I kinda liked him and he liked me too.. We dated for about a year.."
He shook his head. "That... seems... weird."
"But you two practically lived together."
He blushed and nodded. "Sorry. So, how are the twins?"
He squeezed her hand lightly. "You okay?"
He looked concerned but kept eating.
Brogan watched her, but in a way she wouldn't notice.
Every time she sipped her wine, she thought about Mario. She tried suppressing the memories, but there was to meany..
He stood up abruptly. "I'm going to the bathroom," he told her, and went to that area. He couldn't help but read her mind and all he found was Mario. Saying it made him mad was an understatement.
He tapped his thigh, trying his best to block it. You're practically yelling it at me, he told her.
She sighed, sorry.. I wasn't talking to you.. Can you get Mario out of my head.. Please? she mentally begged.
He laughed sourly. Only you can do that, he growled.
Brogan shook his head even though she couldn't see. Not now.
She sighed. She totally ruined their nice date... maybe going threw all the memories will help? I could look for a flaw in each..? she thought to herself.
Don't ask me.
The waiter gave her the drink she'd ordered and slipped her a paper with his number on it.

He winked at her and left.
Brogan came back and plucked the number from her hands.

He glared at the waiter's back. "I know."
He looked over at her and smiled. "I love you too."
Brogan sighed. "I sometimes with you were ugly so no one would look at you."
Yula laughed, "wow, thanks," she smiled softly at him, "but my pretty face is only for you. Same with my amazing body," she winked at him.
He grinned at her. "It had better."
"And everyone it affects," he added, mimicking her.
He winked at her before sipping it. "French," he mumbled to himself.
Brogan blushed. "I know my wine. This is French. Not quite sure of the year. Probably between 2000 and 2005."
He blushed more. "People always teased me. Said it was girly."
