message 11: by James (new)

James More (jlesmore) | 4 comments I am looking for a review for this book, Raise the Flag by James More. Self publishing is difficult when you are free from jail but alone walking down a south Chicago street and you camp in a tent and ride a bicycle in redneck rrrr-town but yet if I don't do anything, I think we know what that avails, and I won't ever reach for my goal. So, after beaten severely by police like Nazi SS without probable cause for arrest and they rob me of life, liberty, and happiness when they hold me prisoner and they try to bury me in prison by false charges, false reports, and false testimonies to cover up for them not respecting the Fifth Amendment right for me not to answer questions and in their contempt for the First Amendment freedom of religion. But, I prove I am not guilty, twice, so from an award for a judgment against corruption in law enforcement, I self publish the stories for book, Raise the Flag by James More, so I have a chance to do something with my education. And now I am looking for reviews for Raise the Flag by James More, a literary six-pack of stories about my journey for education, purpose, and a career and something to think about for junior high to elderly. To preview Raise the Flag and to buy this book go to www.jamesmorebooks.com

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

Just to be original, I am looking for a reviewer or two as well. I have my first attempt at serialized fiction coming out in November.

I Love Lucid is a tech-thriller containing strong language, sex, violence, drug use and occasional philosophy.

The first episode is 20k words, most of which isn’t swearing. It would be great to get some reviews up online when it is released. Good or bad, it’s all okay.

Synopsis here…

PM me (or respond here) if you are interested.

The first chapter is available for download on Goodreads, so if someone would read it and wants the whole book, I will send it to you in PDF format in exchange for a review. Please PM me if interested!

message 37: by Jill (new)

Jill Edmondson (jilledmondson) | 1 comments I'm looking for reviewers for my soon-to-be-released mystery FRISKY BUSINESS. This is the 4th book featuring PI Sasha Jackson (but the plots are independent, so it won't matter if you have NOT read the other books).

FRISKY BUSINESS is set in Toronto and features PI Sasha Jackson, a rocker chick who gave up dreams of a career in the music biz. She's new at the PI game, so she kinda screws up now and then...

PLEASE EMAIL ME AT: [email protected] if you would like to receive a PDF review copy.

Thanks, Jill

Here is the synopsis:

Synopsis: FRISKY BUSINESS

Two months ago, Kitty Vixen, a porn star with a history of drug abuse, was found beaten to death near a Toronto construction site. No one knows why she was killed, but since she was a worthless nobody, the cops aren’t making her case a priority.

However, Kitty’s roommate and former co-star Raven Greywolf wants answers, and hires Private Investigator Sasha Jackson to find out just how dirty the adult film industry really is.

As Sasha traipses through the back alleys in the world of adult entertainment, she realizes that a worthless nobody can be quite valuable after all, and that both dreams and ambition are priceless.

Needless to say, I would be grateful for any of the above.
