The group voted to read this book for one of our group reads in the month of October 2013. What did you think of this mystery? The plot? The brilliant way Raskin uses identities of characters? How the mystery is finally solved? The characters, especially Grace and Turtle?!?! What did you think of Angela? Sybil? Spill it all here!!!

I loved Turtle, and I hated Grace. She was so mean to her daughter!!! I was rooting for Turtle through the whole book, and I must admit, she was a genius! As was Windy Windkloppel. The whole book was unbelievably perfect. AND in the note about the author, it said that Ellen Raskin didn't even plan out the mystery, it just came to her. WOW! I wish she had survived to write more books, because I dearly love this one!!!
