Hello, I am fuminator! I don't really know what "real christian" is supposed to be but I guess the administrator chose as a group name to eliminate the non-believers to come join the group and post some rude statements. (I see the Group Rules popping out to my right as I type). I appreciate the effort to keep this group a pleasant place!
I am a believer of Jesus Christ. I will be looking forward to finding out what many believers are reading not just to strengthen our faith but also to vitalize the minds while living on this earth.

Very keen insight! Haha. When I made the group I prayed a long while about the name and felt the Lord lead me to call it, "Real Christian." One thing I realized later on was when people are searching for God they often incorporate the need for something real, since there are so many false senses of hope and Christianity. So Real Christian helps people know this is real and all for the acknowledging of God!

Shalom everyone. :) Cinnamon and I are sisters who love reading. I tend to do the posting on here (she's usually busy reading and doesn't want to take time for one!). I like that the message right away on here is "Jesus Loves You". We believe wholeheartedly that Yeshua (Hebrew for Jesus) is the promised Mashiach (Messiah) and gives everyone the only way to eternal life by believing on Him to save us and make things right completely. I'm glad He loves each of us. :)
I like the picture of the lighthouse for this group, btw. :)
I found this group while searching goodreads and the friendliness on here as well as the interesting topics all helped me decide to join. I love to make new friends and hang out with other believers. :) Hope everyone is having a wonderful week. :)

I'm not familiar with the group or song - that's cool your Dad first got you interested in lighthouses. :) I have a book with fantastic pictures of ones around the world. I think about Yeshua being the Light and guiding us and how lighthouses guide those in ships to safety and help illuminate dangerous areas. I like that kind of thing. :)

Welcome JoAlice :) I really like Missouri, I visited Branson a few times and really enjoyed it. It's so neat to see all of the performers and the stores.

I have been to Brandon two times with church ladies at a Woman's Retreat.
