They certainly can be. We have started listing all anthology authors (as people add them), even when they are not all on the cover.
Certainly the primary author should be listed as editor (which I fixed).

I'll go ahead and do it- thanks!

The editors are listed in the book as contributing editors and we don't have that option unless I type it in. I used just 'editor'- is that okay or should I put the 'contributing' there also?
My other question is the actual contributing authors- I didn't meantion this but they aren't actually listed as authors in/on the book. They have their names (in some cases nickames or initials) in the tabel of contents and in the back and on each of their own chapters. Should I add all of them? Only the ones with real names? None of them since they aren't listed?
I guess that's a little more than two questions but it was unintentional I swear!

For contributing editors, I have been using "Editor/Contributor" as the role since it's not a variation of the editor role but actually two roles, editor and also contributor.

and the author is listed correctly but inside the book are 9 contributing editors not to mention the actual contributing authors whose entries were used. Should any of these or all of these people be listed?
