I came across this quote on your site:

I think it is an obvious misquote because:
The constitution does not grant the right to pursue happiness, that phrase is from the declaration of independence, as a writer of both documents would obviously know.

I can't find a cite anywhere to this quote be attributed to Franklin.

It doesn't seem to belong to anyone. That would mean deletion.
