How do I set links to store for example B&N amd Am,azon, they do not seem to be working.

Joseph, links are not manually set up on a per-book basis. If the ISBN/ASIN of a given edition is entered correctly, the links to all stores carrying that ISBN or ASIN should work properly.

If they are not, the best place to report them would be the thread very similar to this one that you started in the Librarians Group.
