The Mystery, Crime, and Thriller Group discussion

Hello everyone!
I'm 52 and work in the criminal justice system. At the moment I'm based in a Magistrate's Court, but prior to that I spent three years working in a B Cat prison.
I'm a mother of grown up children and foster children, and have two lovely grandchildren.
My book,'Revolving Door' was published this summer.

I'm new. I'm sporadically active on Goodreads and other social media but I try to keep up. I'm NOT a writer and I'm not a reviewer, I'm just a reader. I like mysteries and thrillers with plenty of shocking violence and not the girly romances my sister keeps recommending :)
