"A girl? He's coming with a girl?" she said, eyes wide.
Yula shrugged, "I trust Brogan, plus Sam is a pretty good fighter," she sounded slightly amazed.
"If you say so." Lana said, shrugging. "So. I know some stuff about you. Have any questions about me?" she asked.
"You are Yula, stayed in the same room as Matty for a while, started dating Brogan, got a room with him a day or two later, had some fling with the mayor, ended up getting pregnant, decided you liked Brogan more than the mayor and had gone to tell him off today and it went wrong. In no particular order." she said, shrugging. "Matty talks in her sleep when she's nervous. And there's a lot of gossip around here."
She nodded, she only knew about past event.. That's good, "what's your and Brogan's history?" She asked, still a bit jealous.
"Well, we met when I got lost. We kept in touch. Matty dared us to kiss, so I ended up having my first 'kiss' with him when I was, like, eleven. His face afterwards was hilarious. That's about it." she said, shrugging.
Yula clenched her jaw in attempt to hide her jealousy at the fact they kissed, "I see.. Do you have abilities?"
"No. Are you jealous that we kissed?" Lana said, cocking her head.
"You're clenching your jaw and you just screeched when I said that." Lana said calmly. She was with Matty so often, she could read faces.
Lana nodded sarcastically. "Ohhh..." she said, grinning evilly.
"You are really bad hiding your feelings. Matty helped me learn to read faces." she said.
"Not for me when you're jealous." Lana said. She paused. "You really love him, don't you?" she realized.
Lana sighed. "You're so lucky. I wish I had found someone." she said, sadly.
"I guess." she said, shrugging. She jumped when she got a text. It was Matty. Her fingers flying, she texted her back. "Does Matty not know you're here?" Lana asked Yula.
Lana snorted. "She was freaking out. Now she wants to punch the mayor." she said, grinning.
"I have a feeling that will be the least painful thing you are planning." Lana said.
"Seems so. He's more worried about you though." Lana said. "Apparently there's a hole in your wall, and he wants me to apologize for him." she said, reading from her phone.
She nodded, "tell him I'm fine, and I'll fix the wall when I come home," she didn't want him to worry about her to much, "does he have a plan for getting Nani?" She asked, "because I talked to the mayor's son and he said he might be able to help."
Lana blinked, surprised. Then she thought. "If they get you first, the mayor will guard her heavily. If they get her first, he'll put you under heavy guard. It'll have to be done at the same time." she said aloud. She pulled out her phone and texted the twins. It would have to happen at the same time.
Yula nodded, "I hope the get her out at least.." She hugged her legs again, "I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I got out and she was stuck with that man for her life.."
"Matty and I will help the mayor's kid get Nani out and Brogan and his crew will find a way to get you out." she said, reading her texts.
Yula nodded and hugged herself, "when you get the chance.. Could you get me some track pants and a sweater? It's really cold in here..." She asked.
"I'll see what I can do." Lana said, smiling kindly.
Tula tried smiling back, "thanks, again," she didn't like relying on others, but she didn't have a choice right now.
"So, do you have any more questions for me? I believe you only asked me one." Lana said.
Yula shrugged, "none that I can think of at the moment.." She paused, "you said Brogan found you?"
"He and Matty had been walking around and Matty saw me and he knew the area better, so I guess Matty found me, but he helped me." she said.
"Yeah. I had gone for a walk but lost my way home." Lana said, shrugging.
"Yeah, but they found me about 10 minutes after I discovered I was lost." Lana said shrugging. "So, any happier questions? That do not dwell on the fact that I have a horrible sense of direction?" she asked.
"Okay then. So, you want warmer clothes. Anything else?" Lana asked.
"He'll be coming, too. But before he gets here, is there anything you want?" she asked kindly. Poor Yula. And Brogan.
"And once you're out you shouldn't be smoking around either of your kids. No. Anything else?" she said.
She rolled her eyes, "ten bucks?" She asked, thinking she could buy smokes off some of the other people in here.
"No money. Anything to make you more comfortable? Maybe get a nice, small picture of Brogan for you?" she said kindly.
