I did like nico a lot. Then when he said he liked percy I did not know what to think of him. In the book it said hazel or nico wold die. If nico is the one to die he definitely deserves a heroic death. I would like a chapter from nicos point of view.

I was talking about people to die in the next book. They cannot all live. that is just a stupid ending.

I wish Piper didn't come off ass a potential, and I say POTENTIAL bi*ch. perfect hair, perfect everthing. I mean I know she's a daughter of aphrodite, but in the lost hero she had pimples named bob, and chopy hair. She just seemed more regular like then. I really don't want anyone to die tho...... IT MIGHT BE reyna, octavian, or like travis or not one of the seven.

Sorry for people who like Jason but he pisses me the h*ll off!!! He is suppose to be the all mighty and most powerful one but half the time he is knocked out! He follow the rules to much too! I mean come on do something for Piper that does not follow the rules! I like Thalia much better! I can't believe they are related! (sorry that goes back to the lost hero)

Yep! You remember how Piper was talking about Jason or Leo will die, we'll Jason can die. If Leo dies I will throw my book across the room!!!!!!!

Wait does anyone else think Leo is going to die in The Blood of Olympus?! Because he swore on the River Styx that he would come back for Calypso... "Seven half-bloods shall answer the call / to storm or fire the world must fall / an oath to keep with final breath / and foes bear arms to the doors of death." AN OATH TO KEEP WITH FINAL BREATH. That's either going to be Leo dying because he made an oath that he would come back for Calypso OR, and I hope I'm wrong, but I think I'm right, Percy and Annabeth are going to die. They PROMISED that they would never leave each other again... so I think they're going to die together. Then they would be keeping their OATH with their FINAL BREATH. Oh my god I'm going to cry right now.

Okay set first of all like Frank is the worst worst worst character in the entire series he is worthless and awful and a waste of a lot of a lot of space because he so fat and babyish and annoying and he's like Asian and Canadian and Greece

Anyone dies in the next book I think that it should be him out it should definitely be frank piper point or Nico or Jason piper because she's really annoying and Jason would be better that Jason would be a vampire if like you were with weight right nigga because it would be that sad heroic death that everybody would like cry over from Jason because he's worthless and he will again always there when you don't need him and I mean he's never there when you need him he's always there when you don't and that's just stupid gate we really really Frank because he's worthless and he's a waste of space I don't want Hazel to be with Leo anymore I used to really like them together and now I'm all Leo and Calypso yeah Leo Leo Calypso but I still wish frank would die.because hazels just too great for him and at least they tried to improving a little bit but he still the worst character in the book

Well I was thinking about the prophecy... and how someone is gonna have to die in the next book cause everyone was saying they know someone's going to die because it would be unrealistic if they all live so I was like ok an oath to keep with final breath... so hmm what oath are they talking about? And someone posted earlier that they couldn't believe Leo had sworn on the River Styx and I was like NOOO NOT LEO. Because an oath to keep with final breath would mean he died... but that doesn't make any sense because how would he keep his promise to Calypso of he died? So then I was like ok... maybe it's a different oath. And then I was like oh. my. god. PERCY AND ANNABETH. When Annabeth was about to fall into Tartarus Percy was like "I'll never leave you. Not again." And they bring that up in Tartarus when Percy's thinking about staying behind to press the button... So an oath to keep with final breath... If they die... if they BOTH die... they'd be keeping their promise. And the prophecy would come true...

I hate logic. I'm still hoping Jason will die... cause he deserves to die, Piper deserves to be alone, and Reyna deserves better.

Jason or piper. I would rather piper die. Jason can still have a future. Piper will just whine if Jason dies.

Yeah... I think Nico's death would be the right way to go because I really like Nico so his death would be sad but he doesn't belong with the living... so I don't know.

Oh my god I just had a mental breakdown about Percy and Annabeth dyeing. What if they die how will one or the other be able to live without each other!!!! Omg omg omg omg!!!!

Sigh...... I think I will be like The Last Olympian. A lot of people died just not any of the main characters.

You guys toss away a lot of main characters. :c I love all of the Seven? Of course not equally, but they definitely have all their own flaws and good things about them. + Piper, Frank, & Jason are definitely not worthless. Without Jason, the Argo II wouldn't have gotten anywhere. He's constantly fighting the venti and defending the ship. Piper too, she permanently activated Festus! That's pretty bada** for an Aphrodite kid. I really admired her for taking that further. Not to mention, Jason was really supportive of Nico which was great. He kept the secret a secret and didn't spill. (I absolutely loved that character development too). I don't know, I thought it was a great book, but the couples were a bit overwhelming. I love Percabeth, I really do, but I felt that in some points of the book I was suffocating in all the Percabeth, y'know? I don't know. I thought everyone was pretty awesome. Especially Frank for developing more and Hazel for learning magic! Can't wait for me CaLeo as well. :) And definitely can't wait for BoO!

I love percy and annabeth as a couple. In house of hades they are so sweet and romantic until bob comes. I like bob. I just liked it better when it was just percy and annabeth.
I love, love, LOVE Leo and calopso together.
I do not like Frank and hazel together. I do not like frank in general. Hazel is ok. I like her when she is not with frank.
I do not like Jason and piper together. Jason is ok sometimes. He can do so much better than piper. Piper is too perfect. She is beautiful and can get people to do what ever she says. Her dad is a movie star. Her cute powerful boyfriend just woke up and was told she was his girlfriend so he said ok.

I actually liked Pipper in The Lost Hero. She was not perfect, and she didn't pretend she was. She only used her charmspeak when she had to, and when she did it worked. I liked her and Jason as a couple (even though they weren't technically a couple yet) Pipper actually had personality - she was not a typical Aphrodite child, she was a vegetarian, she strode up to Drew and became the head of her cabin, she went on a quest and actually contributed... but now she's worthless. She has less lines than Ginny in Harry Potter 6 (or any of the movies), which I find ironic because her motto is "when in doubt, talk some more). Her charmspeak doesn't even work! Her weapon is a cornucopia that shoots blueberry muffins! And then she and Jason are the most unfunctional couple ever. she got jealous over the Reyna thing but there wasn't anything for her to be jealous of! All she does is worry about whether or not Jason loves her when the rest of the seven are trying to win a war!

Then there's Jason... he's supposed to perfect and amazing and 'the golden boy' and the leader and powerful but NO. Not. Even. Close. Just in The House of Hades he:
1. Is hanging by his feet from statue because he was summoning lightning with his magic sword that changes into a coin (but doesn't reappear in his pocket) to listen to Leo.
2. Drops his sword in the Mediterranean Sea - thank gods for Hazel.
3. Falls asleep on the job.
4. Get's frozen - and then unfrozen - and then frozen again.
5. Tries to take on the role of the leader since
Percy and Annabeth were in Tartarus and he fails miserably.
6. Stabs a giant turtle in the head and accomplishes NOTHING.
7. Attempts to order around a legion of Roman zombies and again accomplishes NOTHING.
8. Somehow manages to lose his Praetor position - the only proof we have that he's of any real value - to Frank. FRANK.

House of hades was. Not nearly as good as mark of Athena. It started of pretty good and then it got worse. Also I do not like that it is mainly about hazel. I hope the blood of Olympus is mainly about Leo. Lost hero was mostly about Jason. Son of Neptune was mainly about percy. Mark of Athena was mostly about annabeth. And house of hades is mostly about hazel. I hope Leo is next

I hope it's Percy (again). Third person Percy isn't as good as first person Percy, but Percy's still my favorite of the seven. I really like Leo too, just not as much.

Yeah but Percy is the most important. If it doesn't start with Percy, it will definitely end with Percy. Unless Percy and Annabeth die...

if that was confusing i meant that he doesn't think he's perfect. others just assume that because he's the son of jupiter and he saved the legion. He seems down to earth and doesn't always use his dad. he actually feels a little sad because some people regard him differently because of his father's status so please stop judging

Oh my gods, The Heroes of Olympus series is terrible. I loved the original Percy Jackson books, and Lost Hero and Mark of Athena were ok, but on the whole it's just an awful series. Most of the new characters have no personality, and characters that had personality in the original series have lost their personalities in this series. Jason is a useless Percy wannabe, Pipper is a waste of space, Frank is a loser, Hazel should still be dead, and Percy and Annabeth, characters we loved in the original series, have lost all their admirable traits. The only decent one of the seven is Leo. The best character of the series is by far Reyna and she is hardly in it. Rick Riordan is just not good at writing in third person.

I disnt really feel it in tartarus you know? It felt not really like people have expected. It didnt feel as real.
