Her children don’t approve of her showing up after a decade and hoping they all act warm, loving, and nice. They have no interest in getting to know their mother and having her in their lives. Gina is aware of what is happening and understands the situation. Both McCain and she love each other very much so she trusts that McCain has no intentions in getting back with his ex-wife. They have had their relationship for a while now and are not going to let anything get in their way of maintain happy like how they were before.
