I have to think about who I would want to play Rae and Sam from Margaret Cuthbert book, The Silent Craddle.

For this month's group read, "No Commitment Required" by Seressia Glass (please join in the discussion ladies and gents. don't leave me hanging.), I would pick Anika Noni Rose to play Yvonne and Nathan Fillion to play Michael.

I'm not leaving you hanging Lonestarpt. I haven't finsihed the book. I had return it back to the library and can't recheck it right now.

Oh, Arch, I have "Best of Luck Elsewhere" and I am having a hard time getting into it. Is it good or should I just skip until later?

Lonestarpt, I am only on page 72 and I am trying to feel my way.

I'm wondering that also. I was thinking of getting that book but I hear mixed reviews so I wasn't sure. How was it, Arch?

For my fave IRs (well one of them!) for I'll Be Your Shelter, I'd love to see someone like Claudia Jordan as Jillian and someone like Antonio Sabato Jr for Harrison.

I was watching Golden Girls the other day and remembered Donnelly Rhodes was on there. I kept picturing him as Jake in The Admiral's Bride (not quite IR but definitely one of my faves and he's a new fave romance hero, yum). Coincidentally his character was named Jake there.

No Commitment Required by Seressia Glass: Michael is Jeffrey Donovan from Burn Notice. I forgot who I picked for Yvonne.
Fate by Pamela Leigh Starr: Vanessa is Freema Agyeman (from Doctor Who). Scott is played by Scott Speedman
Gone Too Far: Sam Starrett (I haven't found the perfect Sam yet), Alyssa Locke is played by KD Aubert.

For Roslyn Holcomb's Rock Star I would pick Christian Kane to play Bryan and Golden Brooks to play Callie.

I like the choices so far. I remembered who I would get for Yvonne from No Commitment Required. I'd get Naomie Harris.

I'll Be Your Shelter by Giselle Carmichael I picture Gena Torres and Adam Baldwin.

A Twist of Fate by Beverly Clark: Wentworth Miller (he fits very well in fact) and Malinda Williams.

Who would you pick for A Personal Matter, Eugenia?

I would picture someone almost like Wentworth Miller for Ben. I'll have to think about Alayna.

You think Wentworth is too young? He's my age. I see him about the age of Ben and he has the earnestness that I saw in Ben. It's funny how we can see things differently. That's cool.

I think he's in his thirties (35 I believe). I guess from watching Prison Break, I see the intensity that Went shows when he's playing Michael. He has a scarily brilliant mind, which I see in Ben. I love Thomas Jane :)

its ok.... its nothing comparted to rock star or no commitment required.... read it when youre waitin on your next book to come in or you dont have a book at all....

I just checked on IMDB and Wentworth Miller is 37. I so thought he was a twenty-something. Just goes to show you.

My library had to get the book from another library from another city. I wanted to recheck it out, but I guess because it's was an interloan book, I wasn't able to recheck it out, more than once.

The cover for Behind Blue Eyes made me picture Michael Easton. I'm still trying to picture Seine.

He was on the soaps and a few smaller tv shows.

Michael Easton is Tanner from Days of our Lives. I use to watch him back in the day. He's very cute.

He's definitely a looker. He was with Evangeline back in the day on One Life to Live (Interracial couple, btw).

Eek! I was thinking of grabbing that one...

I kept picturing Wentworth Miller as the hero in Mandessa Selby's After the Lies. He has some similarities with the character's background as well and he would do awesome if the book was ever made into a movie. The heroine didn't resemble any actress or anything but I could see her too in my mind's eye.

Rae, I totally agree with you about Wentworth Miller. He would be fab as LUC. I think Heather Headley would make a good Callie, but she might be a little too pretty to pass as a boy.

I see Scott Speedman as Sam Starrett & Nicole Ari Parker as Alyssa Locke.

In A Personal Matter, I see Patrick Dempsey "McDreamy" as Ben & Sanaa Lathan as Alayna.

In No Commitment Required, Nia Long & Hugh Jackman.

That's the fun thing about this thread. I like seeing who other people picture.

How about Dangerous Bet: Troy's Revenge by Marie Rochelle. I think I'd pick Eddie Cibrian as Troy and Gabrielle Union as Headley (when she was a bit youngers).

Taken by Storm by Marie Rochelle. Maybe an older Jared Padalecki and the girl who plays Tara on True Blood. She is a beautiful woman!

I found my Alayna for A Personal Matter. Anika Noni Rose. She'd be great opposite Wentworth.

I disagree. I think they'd look good for the book from how I picture the characters.

They're actually the same age, but she doesn't look her age. I know that she's several years older than Alayna, but in my mind, that's how Alayna looks.
