12. The Other Boleyn Girl by Phillipa Gregory.

I finally finished this one (well, I finally finished the Humanities class that forced me to hide all of my books) and I loved it. I didn't know much about the time, and I know it's mostly fiction, but it was a juicy read.

13. A Thousand Splendid Suns

I thought this book was great. It really showed how hard it was/is to be a woman over there.

14. The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth by Hence Goer

15. Bookends by Jane Green

I liked this book, but I pretty much like all of her books. I needed a lighter book after A Thousand Splendid Suns and this ended up being a little sadder than I was expecting but it was still good.

16. Odd Thomas by Dean Koontz

This was a pretty interesting book. I usually don't read Koontz but since several people in this group liked it, I thought I would give it a try. It was gory at times, but the story was enough to keep me turning the pages. Next time I'm in the mood for gore I'll read the second book.

17. Uglies by Scott Westerfeld

I thought this book was very interesting. It's funny that through this group I'm finding a lot of interesting YA books that I would never have read. I found the concept of this book great, and I'm going to the library tomorrow to get the next one!

18. Suzannes Diary For Nicholas by James Patterson

This is my go-to book when I need a good cry, which was this weekend. I blame the pregnancy hormones.....

19. My Sweet Audrina by V.C. Andrews

Someone on here was talking about V.C. Andrews and it got me in the mood to read her books again. I haven't read anything by her in a long time...it's like returning to an old friend for a chat!

20. Pretties by Scott Westerfeld

I didn't think it was as good as the first one, but still a good read!

21. Shopaholic and Baby by Sophie Kinsella

Just like the other 3. Nice, easy read.

22. The Undomestic Goddess by Sophie Kinsella

Another light, and easy read. I think I'm just trying to avoid reading Blindness....it seems really heavy and I don't know if I can get into it right now!

23. Flowers in the Attic by VC Andrews

This is a re-read for me, I wanted to read the rest of the series so I needed to refresh my memory!

24. Petals on the Wind by VC Andrews

25. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer

I avoided this book for a long time because vampires really don't do anything for me, but since everyone seems to be reading it, I thought I would give it a try. Lets just say......I'm getting the next book tomorrow! I couldn't put it down!

29. Bringing Down the House by Ben Mezrich

This is the book 21 was based off of...another case of where the book is WAY better than the movie. I'm glad I read it first!
