Yeah, she was the person who disappeared from my friends list. You know how that happens, someone drops you, and you can't figure out who the f--k it is? It was Kate. Someone pointed out she was gone or else I wouldn't have figured it out. Kate was cool, too.

I seem to continue fluxuate around the same number, as far as I'm aware, and people come and go as their desires will them. Some think they can punish by defreinding or removing their profiles, but I don't notice that. Some think that a friend request will bolster their online persona.
Either my attention span is too short, or I'm too shallow, but as long as the people I care about show up on the boards and continue to be witty and nice, I could give a flying fuck if they're my cyberfriend.
Yeah, I don't make a big deal out of my friends list, either. But I noticed that one was missing, and I wondered who it was. Can't help it. I'm curious that way. I should say, though, that I do scan the updates list for my friends to see what they're reading so I can snag recommendations...that's why I came to this site in the first place. That and the cheese talk.

Currently I'm not writing reviews because I can't muster up the gumption to finish a damn book. WTF is that? Last summer I read 10 Murakamis in a row. This summer all I want to do is pinch yellowing leaves off my tomatoes and go for bike rides.

Yep, a Portugese Man O'War did a number on my leg. It wasn't too bad, though. The book said put vinegar on it, so I improvised with pickle juice. It seemed to help. :DI put captions on all of the photos, but they disappeared when I posted them.
I'm glad you're ok. At least you didn't try to pee on the jellyfish sting, because I've heard that cure is a myth. Is it?
