Help please. I've now spent I dunno how many hours I dunno how many times trying to find an email address for O2 to get my password to access BT Openzone.

I'd really like to get this sorted before we fly home this year.

I found a phone number and called and sat on hold for 20 minutes then got shuffled from department to department, even after explaining I was calling from overseas.
Not doing that again.
