I finished!
Book #3

Series: Reckoners
Author:Brandon Sanderson

I'm now reading

I finished Mitosis as well. That was oddly fun.

This will be the first Horror novel I've read in a very long time. Its usually not my thing.

That was my initial reaction (if you remember) when the Horror thread went up at FoF! LOL
I'm seeing this as truly challenging myself!

I really hope I can complete Swan Song before the end of the month though, so that I can fulfill my January challenge for FoF.

Instead, I'm now reading A Nameless Witch by A. Lee Martinez.
I'm only 3 chapters (38 pgs.) in and I'm loving it.

Mine usually manifests in Netflix or gaming marathons, but I've managed to avoid both this time around. :)

The Unusual Suspects - (Borrowed Series That Needs To Be Completely Read By May/Early June)
The Cheerleaders of Doom - (Current Series Being Read {Can Backburner if Necessary})
Gardens of the Moon - (FoF Group Read for February)
Howl's Moving Castle - (FoF Group Read for February)
A Study in Scarlet - (New FoF Series Buddy Read)
The Silver Chair - (Continuing FoF Series Buddy Read)
Wuthering Heights - (FoF Buddy Read for February)
I'm going to read A Study in Scarlet next.

My plans for February now completely out of the window, I'm not sure what I'll read next - either The Sign of Four, Howl's Moving Castle, or Because of Winn-Dixie. I'm just hoping I can read 4 books in the next 10 days so that I can complete my February "Luuuuuurve N Stuff Challenge" over on FoF.

I know. I feel like it took me two weeks to finish Gardens of the Moon.
I want to finish up something, too. :( I have a bunch I haven't finished/haven't started.

My book completion drought is finally over!! Yay

Hoping Rubicon -- A Short Story Collection helps me reboot. Barring any major distractions I should finish it tonight.

I'm in one, too.
I've got Ready Player One, Fairyland and The Divine Comedy all open. The only one even remotely interesting is The Divine Comedy but it's slow.
I'm supposed to buddy read The Wizard of Oz and I don't even want to read it.

LOL! In general, I concur. :D
I hope I'm not going into a neither / nor funk, as I'm gonna read tonight. My arms are sore from pinball and no other games are grabbing me at the moment. If reading doesn't grab me, I may be in for some boring days until it resolves itself because gaming and reading are pretty much the only things I can do for long chunks of time.

Ready Player One is well worth your time (IMO). I couldn't get into Fairyland though..its a cute book, but just not for me at the moment.

:P Not all classics! I actually plan to read The Complete Wizard of Oz Collection one of these days!

Grab a nice cup of tea/coffee, wrap your arms up nice and warm, and read a short story or two. Hopefully, that'll get your reading juices flowing again.

I've gotta push myself on it some. The first chapter was...not a great intro for me and I am starting to notice that I am a worldbuilding nitpicker.
