I want to see it because I've heard so many positive comments about both the books and the movie. However, I still haven't gotten around to reading the books yet. Anyone who's seen the movie: does it still make sense without having read the books prior to seeing the movie?

Kaitlin I just saw it last weekend! I actually really liked the movie but i obviously still liked the book better. The changes they made in the movie were well done and not very noticeable. Also i think if i hadnt read the book the plot would still have been easy to follow.

It was supposedly released on February 11th, but I haven't seen it in stores yet.
