What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book years back. It's about a group of people who think they're going to an island for a reality contest to win serious money. It was a great book. It turns out they are on the island being filmed and people in the real world vote on who dies. There was a woman with a sick son... I would greatly appreciate the help! Thank you!!!
