Alannah - yes it must be. It gives you a name even if you don't put yours in!

I've never read any jane austen books but it gave me mrs. Anna-Maria Musgrave though my name is Amber. LOL! I guess they thought I was a Spaniard or something.

I've read three of her books, so I'm not an expert, but I think Northanger Abbey might be an easy place to start. I read that book earlier this year and really enjoyed it. Just a thought.

All of Austen's books are in the public domain so you can get them for free at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, feedbooks, Project Gutenburg, and other sites...

Thanks leslie. Found it on feedbooks for free yesterday so its in my tablet in my aldiko ereader with geek mafia and others. Need to add northanger abbey to my classics tbr list soon. :-)

Hey Amber I agree with Kristi that "Northanger Abbey" would be a great place for you to start with Jane Austen, because the heroine is a young woman who is addicted to Gothic novels! I know it was published in 1817...but still, does it sound familiar? LOL
