Challenge: 50 Books discussion

Hi my name is Kristi G. I am an avid reader and my standard line is that if I don't read 50 books a year there is something wrong so it is nice to have a group of people working toward that same goal.

I've bought Gods Behaving Badly, but haven't read it yet. How did you like it? It sounded like it could be cute.

It was funny and it was a nice refresher on the greek gods as well. Both my husband and I enjoyed it immensely.

32. "My Booky Wook" by Russell Brand - little known comedian here in the states but popular in england. He will be hosting the MTV Music Awards next month so he could be on the verge of being 'famous' stateside.
Compelling memoir about his childhood and struggles with drugs. It was a moving read.

It was really good. I have read everything SK has written and had not 'loved' his last few. This read like vintage King.
