Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Okay. Can you get us started?

message 62: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments Sure
—————

Alan flew in the forest, invisible. It was another boring day, with boring sun, boring sky and boring forest. Most of the time he spend at this place he was bored, because no one came to this part of the forest. But not always. They're other places who he more like. Like his old school, or the haunted house- yes, he met with other ghosts there. As he thought of all that, he thought too about flowing to the other part of the forest.

message 63: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Tarii stood just inside the faerie mound, entrance to faerie from the human world. She closed her eyes and concentrated, banishing her wings and changing her clothing to closer match that of modern humans. A careful check of the area around the mound revealed no humans, only animals. She smiled and stepped outside, out into the human world. A forest surrounded the mound; it kept most humans away from their world, though one would slip through on occasion.

She began walking through the woods, heading towards the human city. She felt an odd presence, a shiver down her spine as leaves rustled overheard. "Show yourself!" she shouted to the invisible presence. It was nothing human, nor anything fae that she felt, but there was something out there. Something that was not a friend. Not that she had any friends in this world. Or the other for that matter.

message 64: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments He kept flew through the forest, thinking what he should do now. But then, he heard something. Something that moved. footsteps? he looked around, trying to see who did it.

He saw it. Actually, her. And heard her show myself? Hehe... I'm a ghost! I don't need to show myself! he flew behind her "why, hello there" he whispered, and made it sound like it comes from anywhere "did you call me?"

message 65: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments ...

message 66: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Tarii growled, turning in a slow circle as she did so. "Show yourself, little trickster. Show yourself or you'll wish you had." Her hands tightened into fists. She didn't like being played with.

She expected it below; her prince loved his little games. He had hinted he might be interested in her, despite her being a half-breed. But then he had played a trick on her and embarrassed her in front of the courts. Both courts. She served him because she had to; she was born into his service, she would stay in it until she died.

But every once in a while, she had a day off. On those days, she left Faerie and came here, to the human realm. Humans were too innately scared of her to play tricks on her. Other beings who shared their realm were not. Now she faced one such being. An invisible one, too. A ghost, maybe? Or something else, something more sinister perhaps?

message 67: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "Oh, I'm so SORRY I didn't let you see me" he said sarcastically "why do you even care? I'm just nothing. The cold breeze. The wind. The sky. I'm nothing important." He flew around, and when he flew inside her she could feel him. A very cold feel, with sadness.

He flew into the ground "now, tell me please, what are you going to do to me?"

message 68: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Tarii shivered as he flew through her. "Damned ghost," she muttered. "You aren't worth my time, little ghostie." I don't have much of it to spend in this world. I sure as hell am not going to waste it on a ghost. I need blood, human blood. Then I have to return to Him, the Prince of Winter and Ice. Damn him.

She turned back the way she had been headed originally and started walking again, then began to jog. The sooner she left this place, the sooner she could feed. If she was lucky, she might even find a male to feed from this time. She smiled to herself and decided to go to the large nightclub in the city; she was sure to find a horny male who would be willing - even eager - to give her sex as well as blood.

message 69: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments He smirked "oh really? Ok. So it looks like you're not here for a ghost. So why you're here? Human trading? Black market? Blood? Alcohol and other bad-stuff?" He kept saying those kind of stuff

He saw her walking away, and followed her "no no no... Don't go..." He whispered "please, stay... I'm alone here..." It wasn't exactly true, but a creature is way better than his own shadow "please... Maybe I can help you out"

message 70: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments "Go away," Tarii bit out. "I look like a crazy person, talking to myself. Get lost."

She jogged a little faster, slowly getting close to the city. It had been too long since she'd been in the human realm, too long since she'd fed. She needed blood. And soon. It was that or madness. Too many of the fae were mad already; the guards of the Prince had to stay same. The safety of faerie depended on it.

The please made her stop. "Look, ghostie, I don't have time for games. I need blood, then I have to return to the mound. I'm not supposed to have another day off for a month yet. I could go mad from thirst before then. Unless you can become corporeal and give me blood and sex, then get out of my way."

message 71: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "You don't me too look like a crazy person..." He whispered.

He followed her, all the way she went. ahhh... The city. The place of humans... Reminds me some good times... Here's the ice cream stores here's the pizza...

"Haha" he laughed "blood and sex? That's what you need? Haha! I can give you that! It's not so hard. Go to my house, lock the do it's while all the people inside. You play like whatever-you-play and makes guy come with you to one of the bedrooms... And done!"

message 72: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments "You, personally, can not give me either one. So just leave me alone. Unless you like to watch. But if you do, stay silent. No flying through anyone either."

Tarii went to the closest nightclub. There was a long line outside. She'd never stood in one before and didn't plan on starting now. She walked over to the bouncer and whispered in his ear. He let her in, then told her with a wink that his break was in half an hour. She grinned. Well, that was easy. She could spend half an hour dancing, and maybe get some blood from someone. Then she could meet the bouncer in a back room and have some real fun.

She didn't actually need sex to live, but it had been a very long time and she was getting lonely. And bored. And His highness liked to tease her, so she stayed horny. Damn him.

message 73: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "FINE" he whispered to her as they entered the club "what boys will not do for a beautiful girl..." He sighed it's not like I met a girl when I was alive. Lonely then, lonely today. Nothing changed

"Nice club, I see..." He whispered "good choice" he followed her as she walked there. He didn't go to clubs, either. He wasn't so social when he was alive. So sex? Pffff... The girls today...

message 74: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Just a couple of minutes later, a handsome young man asked her to dance. She readily agreed, slipping her hand in his and letting him lead her onto the dance floor just a fast, pounding beat started. She grinned as he began to grind against her. She did so love this style of human dancing; it would ensure she stayed horny for that bouncer too.

She ground back against him, moaning softly as if this was turning her on far more than it was. When he tried to lead her towards a shadowy corner, she didn't resist. Once they were hidden by the shadows, she turned in his arms, pressing herself against him. She whispered in his ear and he turned to press her against the closest wall. She grinned against his neck, moaning a little louder now. He was really getting into it; she could feel his hardness pressing against her stomach. She wrapped her legs around his waist and started kissing his neck. After just a second or two, she bit his neck lightly. He moaned, and she bit harder, finally breaking skin and starting to drink his blood.

I hope ghostie-boy is still around. He may have to stop me; it's been so long since I had such deliciously hormone-laced blood. I could drink and drink and drink. It tastes so good. She moaned in the back of her throat, hot blood flooding her mouth and overwhelming her senses.

message 75: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments He stayed near her, watching every step of her crazy vampire. She starts to dance with a guy, and as it looks like, they flirted. As the dance kept going, he wondered if she's really going to drink his blood.

When they went to a shadowy place, he looked with wide eyes she's going to drink his blood. For sure. as she started to kiss him, it was the end. She bite him right in the place, and the blood started going out of the poor body. disgusting! She's drinking it! Ewwww! the poor body fell to the ground, no soul in it "you're disgusting, mrs.! Maybe you think it's tasty, but there's other ways to get food!" He whispered to her. He was invisible, and she couldn't see his smirk just a minute or two, and his poor soul will turn into a ghost. And I'll be here to help that ghost have his revenge!

message 76: by Lura (last edited Nov 27, 2013 05:59AM) (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments "Frick," Tarii cursed as the young man slid to the ground. She hit the ground as well, having had her legs wrapped around his waist. "Ah hell, I didn't mean to drain him. The hormones in his blood, though, oh gods! Nothing else tastes so good," she muttered.

"You should have stopped me, you damned ghost," she hissed as she heard his words. "If you think you're going to help him get revenge on me, I'll take you both to hell!" Her eyes flashed red fire with the threat. She called down shadows and hid their little corner of the club from human view.

"I'm no vampire, ghostie boy," she whispered. "I'm something much worse." She let her face change into that of her hell-hound form for just a few seconds before resuming her human look.

message 77: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "Didn't mean, huh?" He whispered "the thirst for blood is uncontrollable. You want me to stop you? You should stop yourself! You want to drink blood, and not drink blood? Talking about crazy..."

He looked at her with a small smile "well, well, looks like my plan worked well! You showed to me the true you, mrs.! And as it looks like, the true you much dangerous than the previous you. Looks like I need to be worry about it. But I have seen this evil-face before... A long time ago... In the faery realms, I believe? So you just came here to have a break of your bored life so you can have some fun... With this thirst, it looks like you didn't drink blood in a long time... And you still want me to stop you?"

message 78: by Lura (last edited Nov 27, 2013 05:59AM) (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Tarii glared in the direction the voice came from. "You know nothing. Yes, I am from the faerie realms. But I did not come here for a break from boredom. You must have met one of the higher ranked faeries; they are the only ones who have the luxury of being bored. The rest of us have to work for a living." She sighed softly.

"But you are right about my not having blood in a long time. If you had just said something to me, though, I could have stopped. But you just watched me drain him. You wanted another ghost for a friend, didn't you? You wanted me to kill him so you wouldn't be so lonely, didn't you, you sad little freak?"

message 79: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments He looked at her "I see... So it's because the thirst of blood... It's probably hard for you to want blood all the time. I understand"

He was shocked "excuse me? Y-you think I wanted him to die? To have another friend? NO! I don't want people to die! I didn't want you to kill him! I'm really not!" A small tear appeared on his face "I don't even know why I didn't stop you... You really think that if I said you to stop, you'll stop...? I-I don't think so... If so, why you can't stop by yourself...? I don't want people to die! And now, because of you, I feel so sad because I could stop all this mess! It's just like I killed that man!" More tears appeared "I'm not evil... I'm not bad... I'm trying to be as good as possible, but it's not true if you're a ghost... I-I was scared... I thought you'll do to me something if I'll tell you to stop... Everyone hate those ghost who tell them what to do! I don't want to be hated... But I don't want more people to die..."

message 80: by Lura (last edited Nov 27, 2013 06:00AM) (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Tarii frowned. "I couldn't stop myself because I was getting drunk on his hormones. His blood was full of them because he wanted to screw me; he thought I was going to have sex with him. I can't stop myself when I get like that. No fae can."

She sat back down on the floor. "Maybe I shouldn't have left faerie at all. I'll get in a huge amount of trouble when I go back. I had to sneak out this time. His Highness wouldn't give me either of my last two days off, so I got desperate. I need blood. Human blood.

"Maybe I should just let you kill me and put me out of my misery." He will never have me, much as He wants me to think He will. He would never touch a half-breed like me, not the way I want Him to.

message 81: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "R-really?" He asked her, sitting near her on the ground "I didn't know that... That's why I don't go to clubs. Because all those people. I don't know why they do that... Probably boredom and enjoyment."

"So you serve his highness?" He asked "I mean, I never heard of him. What's his name? And I guess he's the ruler of your realm? It's probably hard to serve someone for so many years"

"What? No!" He shout "kill you? Why? I know you did something bad, and got into a lot of troubles, and indeed if you'll turn into a ghost you'll be free of them, but you should enjoy your life while you can. If there's anything I can help you with, please, tell me" he stopped "wait... You can read minds, right? You knew what that guy wanted, and what I wanted. What more powers do you have?"

message 82: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments "The Prince of Winter and Ice. To say his true name is to call his attention to you. If I told you his name, he would be able to find me here. He could kill everyone in this building with a thought.

"The ruler? No, not yet. That would be his mother. I can't even say her title without drawing her attention. Trust me, you don't want that. I was appointed to be one of his guards at birth. I trained for it for twenty years before I made it."

She laughed a little when he said she could read minds. "No, I can't read minds. Human males always want sex, especially when they see an attractive female. You... just seemed lonely. No mind reading at all. I do have powers though. Not many that I can use in this form, however," she said with a shrug. "I can call shadows to surround me in this form. That's pretty much it.

"Enjoy my life? Right. If my life were my own maybe I could. But I exist at the pleasure of His Highness. I serve him. I always have and always will," she said sadly. If only he would notice me. The real me. The woman behind the guard. He pretends to sometimes, but he doesn't. Not really.

message 83: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments He listened carefully to her "winter and ice, huh? Truly evilness. Yeah, don't say his name. So you're saying you're one of his guards? So he needs guards, huh... Can't be alone? Or he really need more power than he have, means you the guards, but it sounds weird... Or, he just use you. You serve him? You do whatever he tells you?"

"His mother... Interesting.... Who's the father? And it looks like mommy's boy get whatever he want, right? His mother get him whatever he want... Or he do it by himself. Thinks that if he's powerful, he can do whatever he want! I hate those kind of guys..."

"Ah, I see... Spirits... And what about your true form? How it looks like? And what are your powers? You know, one of my favors is to earn knowledge. Learn how much as I can. So please tell me all the stuff you know, and allow to tell me, about your realm and the creatures there. It'll be useful"

"What?! You're not the master of yourself?! Seriously?! That creature decide everything for you, or what? You can't do what YOU want to do? Now I see why you need so much a vacation"

message 84: by Lura (last edited Nov 27, 2013 06:00AM) (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments "His father?" Tarii smiled. "Now that is an interesting story. His mother rules the night, the Unseelie court. His father, the day, the Seelie court, the so-called good faeries. They apparently spent one night together, centuries ago. He was the result.

"Yeah, I do what he tells me. For the most part. Obviously not all the time, or I wouldn't be here now. And, yes, he gets whatever he wants. Whenever he wants. I wouldn't mind so much if he would chose me occasionally. He teases me and acts like he's going to chose me to be his consort for a night, but he never does." She shrugged. "But of course, the Prince can't spend the night with a half-breed. Or even half an hour. He has to produce an heir before his mother fades or the throne could go to someone else."

She shook her head. "My true form? Even I'm not sure which form is my true form. I have three." She stood and started walking back towards the entrance. "We should leave here. It's no longer safe." Her nose wrinkled. He was coming. He'd discovered her absence and He was here, looking for her. Him and the rest of His guards. If she didn't get out of here soon, she wouldn't leave here alive. No one would.

message 85: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "Indeed interesting..." He whispered "the sun of the day and night them selfs? Wow. But, you know, as there are 4 seasons, they're 4 children... Yes, one of them is that person. Winter we call him. Of course, the others, Summer Spring and Autumn. Each one is in other realm."

"Yeah, I guessed it. There's no fair in that. Someone should do something, but almost no one can"

"Can you show me all the three? Until now, I saw human and a bit if that scary face"

"Not safe. Right. We really should go away now. How about the haunted mansion? That's my home, and of some other ghosts. Just try not to scare them too much"

message 86: by Lura (last edited Nov 27, 2013 06:01AM) (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Tarii shrugged. "Sure. Why not?" She walked along the walls of the room, keeping clear of the thronging mass of bodies on the dance floor. "Keep an eye out for any side exits. I don't want to run into what's about to be coming in the front door. You probably shouldn't look towards the entrance. I'm not sure what effect His appearance would have on a ghost, so just to be safe, don't look.

"I can explain the whole seasons thing later, once we're away from here. As for showing you, no. I can't. Not without causing more trouble than this world is worth." She shook her head sadly.

"Thank God," she muttered as they reached an emergency exit. "You're a ghost, so can you check the other side of this door and make sure the way is clear? If it is, just stay there; I'll join you in a few seconds. I have to time this just right or it won't work.

"I should never have used my powers over the shadows. That's how He found me."

(I've been typing her name wrong for several posts and just realized it. Tarii. Not Tanii. Sheesh.))

message 87: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments He became invisible again, and followed her, not trying to look at other places than the entrance/exit. He looked around for anything unusual. Everything was usual: drunk boys, dancing girls, a flying ghost... Another ghost?! "There's another ghost here" he whispered to her "but he's heading the restroom. Classic"

He flew through the wall, looking around clear. He waited for her to come out, calculating the fastest time to reach the mansion.

She came out of the door "I'll help you go through solid, so we can reach it very fast" he whispered

message 88: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Less than five seconds after they reached the door, the screaming started. From near the entrance, the screams sounded like the world's sexiest actor had just entered the club. That would be the Prince. From the corner she'd just vacated, screams of terror sounded; the boy's body had just been found. Perfect timing.

She whispered an apology towards the dead boy, then leaned on the emergency exit to open it. An alarm sounded. She felt His eyes turn towards her, but she was already out the door and in the alley.

Tarii nodded. "Thank you," she whispered, holding out a hand towards the location of his voice.

message 89: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "Talking about terror" he sighed "they just saw the poor boy, right? I would like to quote someone I know: 'LET'S GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE!'"

He held her hand, and quickly turn her invisible. "Now you can go through stuff too" he started to flow up, and in the direction to the mansion. He held her, and grabbed her up with him

message 90: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments "Yeah. And then there's the fangirls from near the entrance. Guess who just stepped into the club. Between all of those screams and the alarm on the door, the humans in there are going to be extremely confused. And scared. Too bad they won't be scared of the right thing," she muttered.

She gasped as they took off. "Wow," she whispered. "This is amazing." Down below, He and six of his other guards spilled into the alley. She blew Him a kiss, figuring He couldn't see her since she was invisible; she couldn't even see herself for crying out loud! But He turned and looked right at her as they flew off. She shook with fear. "Pour on the speed, ghostie boy, or we're going to have some unpleasant company."

(view spoiler)

message 91: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "Yeah..." He laughed a bit "poor humans. Don't know anything about anything..."

"Yes, it is" he smiled "it's less exited at the 100th time, but yeah..." He saw He down on the ground. He gasped "it's winter... Yeah, you're right! We need to flow faster! Hold me!" He shook himself for half a minute "here we go!" He shout as they rushed forward "I think on this speed, we'll be there in 15 minutes"

message 92: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Tarii held tight to him as they flew. She could only hope they were going fast enough. And that He hadn't actually been able to see her. Could He see invisible creatures; was that one of His powers? She honestly didn't know. She'd never had reason to suspect until now.

I may never be able to return. Why did I run? If I return, He'll torture me for years. If I don't return, He'll hunt me. I belong to Him; He loves to remind me of that. He never loses what's His.

message 93: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments They could see the mansion "look!" He said to her "here's the mansion!" They. Flew right through the front door, that is always close and lock.

"Welcome to my house" he smiled "I'll show you my room" he flew through some walls. They saw an old ghost reading a book "greetings, mr. Dort" he said to the old ghost as he kept flowing "this old man don't like the 'slang' and the 'street talk' so I'm trying to talk better to him".

They reached a room "here's my room" he said and sat down on the bed

message 94: by Lura (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments Not used to flying, Tarii crashed to the floor. It took her a couple of minutes to get untangled from her skirt and get up. She looked around the room. "It's kinda nice. If you don't mind spiderwebs in the corners and dust everywhere." It was obvious the place had been abandoned by humans years earlier, maybe even decades earlier.

She went and sat beside him on the bed. "What do you want to know first?" she asked. He'd had a ton of questions earlier; she figured she may as well answer some of them if she could.

She sighed softly and lay back on the bed. "I shouldn't have come here," she whispered.

message 95: by Alan (new)

Alan | 3037 comments "Haha yeah..." He laughed "I don't like cleaning. I like all the dust. And I got a spider pet. Amazing to see how it's making the spiderwebs"

"Ok, so my first question is: what kind of creatures are there in the faerie realm? And what power they have in it's form?"

"Why?" He asked "what's wrong with being here?"

message 96: by Lura (last edited Nov 28, 2013 05:58AM) (new)

Lura (luraj2612) | 2599 comments "It's not being here that's wrong," Tarii said. She propped herself up on her elbows. "It's the fact that I ran away from Him that's wrong. He owns me. He has since before I was born. He bought me from my mother to be one of his guards. He did. Not his mother, Him. He will never stop looking for me. He takes pride in never having lost anything that belongs to him."

She sighed and sat up the rest of the way. "I can't stay here long. I'll have to keep running. When he catches me - and he will - he will torture me. He can't afford to lose a guard, so he'll torture me until I wish I was dead. Then he'll have me healed and start all over again. The longer I run from him, the longer my eventual torture will last." She blinked back tears that suddenly threatened to fall. I will not cry over Him. Not again. Never again.

"As to your question, there are all kinds of creatures in faerie. More than I have time to describe. The prince is a true fae, a full-blooded faerie.

"I am a half-breed. My mother was demi-fae, a so-called lower race. The demi-fae resemble Ireland's leprechauns, only a little taller and with wings. My father was a hell-hound. Hell-hounds are the basis for the human legends of werewolves. They can shift between hound and humanoid forms. My heritage is why I have three forms. This is my human form. I can't show you the others because using any of my powers allows Him to track me. The form I normally use is very similar to this one but I have large wings like those of a butterfly and my hair is half-hair/half-feathers. I'm not sure where the feathers come from. I can also transform into a hell-hound.

"The powers of the fae are as varied as the fae themselves. Each race has its own powers, and true fae may have powers unique to the individual. Those powers develop over time.

"You asked about the seasons before. Would you like to know about them now? Or is there another question you'd like answered?"
