Irish Readers discussion

For the next group read, I'd like to nominate City of Bohane by Kevin Barry. I read it recently, but as an Irish American, there was a lot I'm sure I 'missed'! I did a bit of research on some of the aspects of the book, but again, I'm sure that you 'real' Irish folks out there could really illuminate for me!
