The Seasonal Reading Challenge discussion

This is the thread for the logo design contest. Each season group members will have the opportunity to design a new logo that will represent the group during the duration of the following challenge. You may submit a masthead banner design to accompany your logo.

Pictures and anything used to create the logo should be original material (i.e. no copyrighted images).

Masthead images should be 3:1 and at least 970 x 245 pixels. Larger images will be reduced

You can post a picture directly in this thread or provide a link to the image. The logo should reflect in someway the season, bonus theme or purpose of the group.

The Spring 2014 bonus theme is: A Year of Board Games-Monopoly

This thread is open for submissions and it will close at Midnight EST on February 15, 2014 - voting will start the next day and run until the end of the GR day on February 28th. The winning submission will replace the current logo on March 1st. Good Luck To Everyone!!

This is so cool. Now we will see who the real artists are (not me that is for sure lol!) I cannot wait to start seeing the work!

I've made a logo, but find it difficult to create the banner. You don't have to, right? (might still make one and add it later)

I love the masthead, Delmy! I like both of the icons (and Rochella's, too). I really like the multiple cards on the green one, but I like the colors of the other one.

The easiest way is to use a photo site like www.photobucket.com or http://imgur.com and get the html code. If you need help you can message me

SO...i had to delete my goodreads profile for a while and my photobucket, the above monopoly masthead and the icons ("deleted User") are mine. I will set my photobucket profile back up, if i could get one of the moderators to delete the "delete user" post, and i will repost.
