4th monopoly complete with Fantasy. I really enjoyed this one. Finally got around to reading Otranto, I LOVED Jonathan Strange, and Pomegranates was a great literary jaunt with Wilde. I'd recommend all three of these books to anyone that enjoys fantasy or literature.

Haha, I just wanted to ask someone here if I could use the Catcher in the Rye as a coming of age in the Young Adult section.
So I guess I can :).

Mediaeval historical: I just finished The Sunne in Splendour by Sharon Kay Penman, a novel about Richard III. It was a mammoth read which took me a week (!) but worth it. Would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys well researched historical fiction.

The first two were enjoyable but Hyperion was just amazing, probably one of the best sci fi books I've read.

I don't usually read suspense, Paranormal, Fantasy, or Science fiction but I will try to go for all 8. I have read all of the suspense and Non-Fiction Monopolies for other challenges so I am off to a good start. I have completed 2/8 categories and a total of 11/22 books. I will put up a list a little later. Thanks.

History - Lone Survivor

Adriana if you would count Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking for the Science category of Non-ficion then I also read The Ghost Map: The Story of London's Most Terrifying Epidemic--and How It Changed Science, Cities, and the Modern World for History.

I don't know if Quiet would count though because it is more psychology. If it doesn't count let me know.

I like the idea of a challenge and makes me consider books/genre I wouldn't otherwise consider so going to try to do all of them
